Should be another good year for the Rebs??

Well i played them last year and there were just comin off beatings from BGA and Collierville but it was 9-0 at halftime and we beat them 24-0 but for a first year school...they surprised the heck outta me and my team and coaches...i think they have a bright future and maybe can get that number 5 spot...

Last season was my last year...and i am now helping coach during the spring...i graduate in 7 days and i miss it so bad and it truley is a priveledge to be able to step on the field everyday...and even though the running stinks and sometimes it hurts...when it is gone it will hurt 10 times more than anything u can experience while still bein able to play...dont take it for granted seniors...Good luck to all the seniors coming up!!!

I know most team have just started spring practice...but give me some surprise teams and some u seeing goin down hill...some players to watch out for!!!

I think yall looked good...but u need some help on the o-line but its just spring so there is alot of work to do and time to do it...Caleb Rozet at wide reciever looks like he could have a big year and Chanz Swartz is looking like another All-State year...he had bout 7 tackles and 2 forced fumbles...looks good for SC

Thanks for finishing what i started...might be rough this year but most the guys are juniors and sophomores...so next year will look bright!!!Caleb will see plenty of time at 3 and 4 this year!!Forgot bout Travis Tuttle could see some playin...prolly bout 6'2 decent shot,pretty good ups...prolly be playing the 4 or 5 when he gets in the game!!!

well Taylor could get beat up by a thicker guy cuz is a more lanky guy buy will be hard to go up over him...and the twins are bout bout 6'0 foot tall and they play scappy not afraid to go to the floor to get the loose ball and both have good fundamental jump shot that usaully find a way to go in...pretty tought def...the new guys will be Caleb Rozet...could see alot of time in the post or maybe on the wing...will shoot from anywhere and not afraid to take the big shot or shoot when he is open...Matt Earhart will open at the PG spot(also starting QB for the Rebels football team)good handles,does not get ratteled very easily playing football helps him stay composed in tough situations...Gavin Wallace could see time bringin down the ball...more of a scorer than a defender...thats bout it

We do play as a team because we have to...there is no Jake West anymore...obviously...but jake west was not a ball hog...he was our best player and he would take most the shot because duh...he was our best player...and at crucial moments of the game the other 4 players on the court looked like they backed away from the ball so Jake done what he could with it...sometimes good sometimes bad...but i would not classify him as a ball hog...in my opinion. It will be tough for SC this year...new coach bought a new system that changes the tempo of the game...Jake Taylor will be a presence in the middle...not as thick as Lancaster but much taller...can dunk with barely any jump...very lanky,good on the boards and will throw it in the bleachers if not careful...The Smith twins...both very good shooters,both handle the ball well and both play pretty good defense...i guess u could call that the Big 3 for SC...we bring alot of speed and plenty of talent but not very much size with the exception of 3 or 4 guys over 6'1...i do not think we will be last maybe 5th...will be hard to make the post season over Harpeth,Sycamore,Creekwood and Cheatam...oh and the Coach is Coach Rickman from Memphis...won a State Title as a assistant coach...GO REBS!!!

Did Weathers from Huntingdon get robbed...i figured that he would at least be a finalist for 2A back?? Congrats from Dover and the SC Rebels...way to Rep the Region!!!

Congrats to Chase"Moose"Horton...he deserves it simply by his play on the field...glad i could step onto the same field as that fine football player

If ur talking bout #5 as the player who got kicked off...i think he may of because against SC in thier first round game he was wearing street clothes...a white kid #9 took his spot...neither is bad!!

I will be in attendance...chearing with the Camden faithful...repin Region 7-2A...i know it will be packed but try to save me a seat!!!Just a question but saying that Camden wins and Lewis Co beats Hickman will Camden have to travel to Howenwald to play the Panthers???

A'ville should win soundly...dont think that Riverside pass rush and secondary are much of a matchup for #6 (A'ville QB) and #18(A'ville beast Wide-out)...A'ville will win

Yeah we know and we aint saying that were better than anybody or anything like that were just saying that we aint scared of anyone and if u hate on us than do it good so it can ###### us off and add more fuel to the fire but if u love us than love us...were just saying we dont need anyone than the 70 or 80 people involved in our program...because they can love u one day and blame u for losing a game the next.The only people that believe we can achieve anything are in our locker room...thats all were saying...last year we were a bunch of cocky players...this year were confident...the record shows the difference

Well maybe enrollment will stay down...we have been in 3A before with lipscomb and East Rob and all those beasts for school 3 years ago...1-9 is what that got us...but i just think we will beat Houston cuz we beat all the team that have already beat them besides Camden and Huntington...but emotion is what makes this rivally not records and scores of other games..im sure both teams will leave it on the field and hopefully we come out victorious...GO REBS!!!

Sorry bout that...then Good Luck to which ever team u cheer for...but speed does kill...always has and not having our speedster has hurt but we try to make up for it with better blocking and better angles on defense cuz we no longer have the chase u down from behind guy...if u get past our secondary ur prettymuch gone..lol...

Indeed it was tight...and about Weathers all i can say is beast...i agree with u Caleb he was not a junk talker everything was positive. About his size..little???i say short but not little...if ur not ready to pop him he will run u over...but if ur feet aint moving then he will run by u...fast,elusive,explosive u name it he's it...Paul Ward was great...good field,ok locker room but the atmosphere there with the 03' state champs sign and stuff..kinda intimidatin..lol..but it was good...Good Luck to the Stangs against Wavo and the rest of the season...GO REBS!!!

Ur right...we prolly wont do what Camden did..but i do think we will beat them soundly. No the fullback was not supposed to pick him up...really i havent gave up a sack all year...but i am 1-1 against Houston. We won 18-15 two years ago and they beat us 10-6 lastyear...i played for West Carroll my freshman year
