I agree with Bo.... but i think there is another GC player that needs to be mentioned Kyle Motts for lineman. He is an outstanding football player and works real hard. There is not many people that can get by him.....most people wouldn't know because most people dont go to games to watch the line....ha ha

Rogers is a freak athlete. no doubt. GC would rather him play the game because if he DIDNT play and giles WON then yall would be saying oh if Rogers was playing this would be a different story. I hope ROgers plays against MC i really do i hope the best for him.

i like DL in D1 i dont see what the problem is. Yes i am a GC fan. But in my opinion there is more competition in D1 more schools.....I think people just want something to complain about. DL is a good school they like football and are good at it. I for one look foward to when GC plays them its their goal to one day beat them so....get over it they are in D1 and they should stay....

ok so yall are saying all this stuff at a 5'5 kid? he is like that everytime he gets to play even when i watch practice every time he gets in he gets excited is that so wrong? what yall prolly dont know is after the game was over he went into the DL locker room to check on him....how is everyone sayin saying that is unclassy and all that stuff...i have played....when a young man who usually doesnt get to play gets in he gets excited and wants to do something to impress the coaches....yeah he hurt rogers yes he felt bad and finally no giles isnt as unclassy as people think i mean the coach said on the fieldwhen it was over to keep him in their prayers because they want him to succeed in what he is good at and they want a full healthy DL team for when they meet again.....

no, if it wasnt for the 2 personal fouls that should of been called against dl one where the player grabbed the gc player and threw him on the ground when the ref was right in front of him and didnothing but stand there with his flag in hand or maybe the kickoff which the ball was kicked off and they blew the whistle when it was caught to redo the last play.....then the following kickoffwas fumbled...... something seemed fishy if you ask me..... and no i aint being a sore loser or anything because i enjoyed watching the game it was a well excuted game but some officals need to be fired in my opinion giles would of won if it was not for the officials

there will be alot of gc fans there ....there always is..... 1 its a region game, 2 its going to be a great game despite everyone's opinion, 3 i would get there early because there will be a sea of bobcat fans there....hopefully they will bring in the extra bleachers like 2 years ago

know him personnaly he is a great guy very commited. he loves football and what can i say he is good at what he loves he is very fast and very strong. and he is an a b student. the giles junior class is a FREAK class you got wallace, strickland, norwood, smith, t houston, boykens, d turner...if they let him back... davis, watson, rico....need i say more? i look foward to see what these boys can do in the next few years.

wasn't complaining i am just used to how it has been the last few years they just lost alot of size and speed the fast guys are small the bigguys are slower no best of both world players... plus i was an o line player there was always that competition between the 2 at practice...ha ha...

yeah but why risk Tobias getting hurt on defense when you can use him on offense....i honestly think Strickland should play middle he aint afraid to hit BJ is pretty good..... i like their defense but the secondary needs work..... and the dline needs more depth...

Depth is more than 3 players in my book....especially in a team that uses the spread so much.....and in 06 with the whole option thing....Dunavant was a freak athlete faster than Bo is right now... and tougher hands down no Disrespect to Bo or anything but I believe Dunavant had more "want to" than he does seeing as that was his last chance for victory....Bo still has 1 more year i do believe Bo will be more of a Dunavant in a year ...more mature, stronger, and he will prolly have a better sense of urgancy...its different your senior year.

This will be one of Giles's hardest played games....(Marshall County will be their hardest played game)..... They have been mustang hungry for a while maybe they will get more than an snack this year....ha ha.... I really can't predict this game because in football anything is possible especially in this region...i like to think of reg. 5 AAA as the SEC. of highschool football....ha ha good luck to both teams

birdsong is back.....on d line...With the passing thing....i really dont know the depth of the recievers or which Bo will show up....The Page game wasn't all that impressive... showed weakness in Bo and Page gained my full respect for their heart... but back to the Giles o-line....they are pretty tough...and motts can catch....ha ha....

last season(his sophmore year) i was a linemen played tackle unless we had to pull then i went to guard.... after every play, good or bad Bo would always encourage the whole huddle telling people they did good or saying sorry because he felt like if one person messed up it was partly his fault..in my opinion Bo is a really good leader and he will make it to the next level.... As for his parents, there has been much talk about them pushing him. I dont see why this is a bad thing wanting their kid to make a name for himself.. They think the world of him, like any parent should.But there are parents who are worse on their kids, but they dont get pointed out i think the only reason Trina and Bill get pointed out so much is because Bo is in the spotlight and people have a problem with it. There will always be haters, but i think there is a place for everything and if you wanna bash his parents then Coach T isnt the place for you, you should start a gossip column and leave this site for sports /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

An thoughts? updates? i havent really been following much with college and work its hard.... but i do know my bobcats are doing pretty good....but they would do better if they get a few key players back... how is the rest of the region??

i think it is smart to put Wallace in on the D side...he goes in on nickel... his advantage as a DB is he can read routes faster than the average DB making him a major threat.

Yes i do believe that giles has a good team this year and i do believe that they are not given enough credit for their hard work ethic and their skill and i do believe they will surprise everyone this year

The Bobcats travel to Linclon county tonight to test their skill. This should actually be a good game. The rumors are true Wallace has gotten faster and the Houstons are still unstoppable. The kid known as Torrell Boykins is infact a freak of nature with all maxes over 300 as a sophmore with his squat max over 400 i expect good things from him in the future he is the kid to watch. Not too sure what to expect from the offense. Motts and Strickland are the only returning starters on the O-line so it will be pretty interesting up front. The backfield will probably see a lot of changes due to 3 able running backs the bobcats will be ready for any situation. Defense will be unstoppable. I am a region 5 fan through and through DL will take this game as well as state. I would like to see the title come to region 5. DL is well coached and have amazing athletes. They deserve the win.
