I say if Central was 2-8 last year and this kid had average ability, you wouldn't be putting as much energy into trying to make sure he never plays at Central again. Do you put this much enthusiasm into making sure every kid you see get into trouble receives appropriate punishment? Or just the one that you think could affect the outcome of your game against Central this year? I agree with you that kids should be held accountable for their actions, and the appropriate punishment should be applied in this situation even though he is a good athlete. I think the staff at MC will make a good decision on this situation and future situations based on the facts of the situation instead of rumors. As for whether the kid is able to play or not, MC will be ok either way. He is a great athelete and would hate to see him go, but he didn't win the region by himself last year. Back to football instead of one kids mistake, look for a repeat whether he plays or not. Lots of good players on this team. GO Chargers.

Apparently you weren't at the game. The refs tried everyway in the world to give the game to AE with the picky fouls they called on MC and not on the other end. The Chargerettes fought through and pulled out a great W. Not taking away from AE. They have several great players and played a good game. AE and Chargerettes matched up great and resulted in the best game i've seen all year. Glad we came out on top. GO BLUE.
