Last night was a great night at Grace Christian if u paid 5 dollars then u got ur moneys worth!The consulation game featured rivals Harriman and Rockwood.Rockwood pulled out to a 16-4 run and Harriman seemed slow but picked it up to make it tied at 18 all.Harriman would take a 28-25 lead into halftime.Harriman seemed to pull away in the 3rd taking a 38-30 lead into the 4th.With a 1:12 a minute left in the game harriman had a 42-33 lead and Rockwood stormed back with 2 stelas to make it 42-41 and it went back and forth til there was 4.3 seconds left in the game Rockwood had the ball tied score.Tyler Parsons inbounded the ball to matt Roberts but was stripped by willie collins and threw the ball up court to a streakin jarvis inman who layed it in right at the buzzer and rockwood fell 50-48.with Zach Breazeale,Simon Mioriarty,COdy Mcgill,Jarvis Inman making all tournament team. Grace and Greenback game wasn't as good as the consulation game but it was good.the top scoring rams who average 19 per quarter was had scoreless at the end of the 1st quarter.Greenback led 4-0 Grace rallied to take a 16-14 halftime lead.Greenback fought hard but it was the rams who took home the district crown.with slusher,pridemore,hankins,mardis.siegel,and another player from greenback making all tourney and Adrian Wannamaker taking MVP home I was very pleased with all the selections and all but I wasn't pleased with Mr. wannamaker having words with the Rockwood palyer beside him.It kind of ruined the celebration and I thought it was a tad classless of him to say "screw you " to rockwoods josh brock but congrads to Grace and all others and goodluck saturday night

Oliver Springs finished perfect in the district then got to the big tourney and choked..followed by their leader schultz who averaged like 25 a game or whatever ended up choking /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> as well with many chances to win the wartburg game he shot 4 3 pointers and air mailed 3 of them and then in the oneida game the star only had 10 points that team is bein lead by 2 sophomores right now in wesley rather and tyler harper bc the main man has choked and really cost them their season bc Grace Christian will wax the floor with them /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" /> GAURANTEE IT!!they will beat them by atleast 15-20 schultz will see 2 real guards play in pridemore and slusher who will dominate them at Grace.Oliver Springs can pretty much kiss their season goodbye!better luck next year and this time don't try to float through the district tourney next time just bc u rolled in the season its all bout the tourney not the season!!

I agree the tigers D cost them a couple games last year at anderson county twice against webb and at kingston..but the tigers are more mature and will be up to the task.Their alot more mature in the infield and outfield with clem takin over for whitaker and has experience behind the plate and should do a good job this year.cooper bein back at first along with breazeale there and duncan could see a little time there too.mayton back at second will be big in the middle and should be bein looked at by some colleges.duncan returning at short with tinker both were shaky at times and both looked really good at times so they both should have matured alot this year and should have a fine season together workin together.Bryant Allen is returning at third and is know more for has bat than glove but he has a good glove to go with that bat.He should improve his fielding alot more this year too!outfield is lookin good with doughty,hill,skidmore,treadway,breazeale.all will see time in the outfield somewhere!!tigers will be back in the boro in 08!!

Well #1 might have a better chance of passing the ball friday night if the GOAT can rally his lineman partners and get him better blocking .... rockwood needs to play on a dirt field, because otherwise the goat pays more attention to the grass than he does the man he is susposed to be blocking .... If the grass is short expect Rockwood's Line and the GOAT to show up big ....
