As I said in my other post, this one will be close until overtime when DB will pull away. DB wins 54-31 in overtime. Good win by the Cherokees

1) Maryville, coming off a huge upset over Halls last week will stay high on emotion as this is a MUST game vs Lenior City. Final score Maryville 20 Lenior City 14 2) Oak Ridge and Farragut will do battle over at Dudley Field in pretty much a meaningless game. Final Score Oak Ridge 37 Farragut 3 3) The Battle for Blount County Supremacy. The Appalachians vs the Senators. I have to say that this will be the last game for the Seniors of WB so they will probably try real hard. Their defense is still struggling. Final Score WB 42 Heritage 35. 4) Science Hill and DB will once again finish the regular season up there in Bristol. I see this one being real close until overtime. In overtime, I think DB will score 3 or 4 times and Science Hill won't score at all. Final Score DB 55 Science Hill 31 in OT Stay tuned for my playoff predictions next week.

Bradley has problems, but look at WB. They lost 2 in a row a few weeks ago. I have to give the edge to Bradley, due to the fact they will get to sit on the bus all afternoon. Also, William Blount's Defense is pitiful.

I really don't see how Oak Ridge can win this game. Ooltewah made it to the final 4 last year, and Oak Ridge didn't even make it to the playoffs.

Quite honestly, it really doesn't matter who plays quarterback. The position is overrated.

I wish everybody would lay off of those statistical terms. This one should be a close one. I'm going to pick Maryville in a slight upset.

I don't understand the mercy rule. Someone said that the clock doesn't stop in the second half. I never knew it stopped anyway. When does it normally stop? In volleyball, you see, we never had a clock.

That explains it. Now it makes sense to me. What I never could understand is why in basketball the teams don't change benches like they do in volleyball. By the way, I will go to that volleyball match instead of the football game. I will just comment on the games as if I know what is going on.

This morning I was a bit confused. I was wondering why the UT vs La Laf game wasn't going to be on Lincoln Financial. I thought it was just coincidence that they are always showing 2 SEC teams at the same time playing each other.

Mickey has seen Farragut play. I've not seen them play yet (or any football game for that matter) but I would say that if Ooltewah can stop Farragut from passing, they would have a good shot. I don't think that Silver guy from Farragut is too sterling. Anyway, I will be pulling for the team that wins.

Maryville is still getting lucky, man. Coach Quarter or whatever needs to admit it. Just because they have won 7 in a row...What's the big deal? I would say South Doyle should probably win this one. One thing is for sure..I know South Doyle would win if they were playing basketball. Maryville hasn't had a good basketball team in a long time.

I'll tell you why Gov Man is done. Too many people take this thread way to seriously. Feelings are getting hurt because people put their opinion on here and are blasted by it. Hello? Just because the Tigers have won 50 in a row doesn't mean that they are good...just lucky. Also, I heard that Coach Todd Helton over at Central did not use all of his timeouts last week. Doesn't he get to carry those over to this week's game?
