Don't get us wrong. Briarcrest was brave for steppin into the super 7 but without Freeze it was a blind jump. If Freeze hadn't left the story might have been different. Unfortunately in the Super 7 it is a whole different level of competition with the travel that had to be made and the preparation for better teams and briarcrest wasnt ready to say the least. About their underclassmen, they looked pretty good against MUS in a JV game even though they lost 35-9, they just lost it after the second half. MUS's sophmore group is freakish on offense. But Briarcrest held their own through the first half. If they can get a good coach they can win. the athletes are there i think.
