  1. I am not saying this to brag, but the Lawrence County student section was responsible for the suspension of half of Shelbyville's basketball team. This wasn't a good thing by any means, but it proves the point that I am trying to make. LCHS student section is without a doubt the best student section, home or away, in the midstate, if not Tennessee. We get in the other teams head from an hour and half before the game starts to when they get on the bus to go home. For most, it isn't just a social event that's fun to come to. We take it just as seriously as the players on the court.
  2. First off, I want to congratulate Summertown on a huge performance. They played like a 3A team. I'm also very proud of Lawrence County, who had a terrible night, but did what it took to win. In my opinion, it was a very productive night for both teams. This game definately needs to be played every year. The atmosphere last night was second to none. My ears are still ringing. As for VandyChris, not a bad prediction. Can we get your thoughts on last nights game?
  3. Lawrence County definately has one of the best around.
  4. He weighs about 185/190, and he's lightening fast. He can dunk on a good day, but dont look for that. Very very good ball player. Great hustler.
  5. Lawrence County has to be one of the best, along with Shelbyville. LORETTO HIGH SCHOOL is definitely one of the worst.
  6. Lets not forget Trent Garland on this list. He might be the quickest kid in the district, and he's probably the strongest with the exception of Columbia's Goff. He plays shut down defense and has scored a number of points this year. Of course, he is a football specialist, but he plays some good basketball too.
  7. He will be on the GC side! Big ugly fellow, I will point him out to you!! Just joking BWB
  8. Okay, dont be an idiot. It was complete self defense. If EA didnt want to get punched, then he couldve gotten his tail into his locker room where he belongs. In my opinion, our student didnt deserve any punishment, but we had to do something to keep small minded people like you happy. Maybe this will be a positive learning experience for both SCHS and Emmanuel, not to mention LCHS. And if my memory serves me right, the said student had a touchdown and maybe a sack against SCHS in football this year. Okay, first of all, Emanuel Andrews did not get knocked out. I was there. Second of all, you saying the student didn't deserve any punishment? For throwing a drink on someone, and taunting them? Yes, the student should have OSS and not be able to attend another game the rest of the season. But guess what Jeffie, we are. Like it or not. Yes, we taunted Emmanuel Andrews. Go cry about it. There was no drink thrown though. Its time to suck it up now.
  9. No problem. The dry erase board is my specialty. It only works if we have someone to aim it towards though. Will GCHS have a good student section? Lets see last game of the year, playing L'burg in our house on a Friday night in a town with nothing to do but go out of town the place should be packed. But on the other hand if you havent noticed I think I am the only one on here trying to talk up BOBCAT basketball, not much support these days. Well, BWB, at least yall had a good football team. I noticed yall had tons of support in that area.

  11. I really doubt that. My predictions: LC and CC will beat GC by at least 10 points a piece. You only beat us by 3 at your place earlier, yeah I know that was before you guys became these giant killers and all that but I just dont see it happening. So far as cc dont see that either. Like the other guy said we got rid of one of our problems, this is a different TEAM now. I can honestly say Im glad to hear that. I look forward to a great ballgame. May the best team win.

  14. The student who "knocked out" Emmanuel Andrews after he came into our stands is in in-school suspension. Other than that, no.
  15. I certainly agree. Both LCHS and T'town deserve some props. Being top dog can't last forever. Shelbyville has had their run. May be time for someone else, I don't know. I do know that everyone in attendance tonight was so appreciative that the team was able to walk to the dressing room witout incident. Okay, bball. We get it. Im glad SCHS got to walk into their locker room too. Im sure they would have prefered fighting it out though, especially after a loss. Thugs.
