  1. The first three series SW didn't move the ball well. Not to say they didn't get things moving later on. SW doesn't have the big playmakers like I thought they should but this is spring and some of the guys might be playing baseball. Still doesn't feel like SW football.
  2. From what I could tell SW defense looked good. They did struggle on offense.
  3. Go CAK, BC you are not worth me going off on you.
  4. No this is where you are wrong, I am not a hater of the game or of Alcoa, as long as someone in this region wins I don't care. What I am "a hater" about is the fans that talk trash. I should say obnoxious trash talk... from some of the Alcoa fans. Not all act like children but those that do show more disrespect for their team and hometown.
  5. Pride or cockiness, what is the difference? The thing is, we all know Alcoa has a good team and it shows every week as they continue to dominate. If you want to be respected in this league then humble yourselves and let everyone else talk about how good you are. It just seems arrogant when it comes from your mouth to our ears. Besides, when you do lose it won't be as bad on you. CAK 35 Alcoa 21
  6. I thought this was CAK week. Quit living in the past.. I just wonder if Alcoa fans will be talking trash if they get beat... Oh wait a minute sure you will. I think it will start out something like this. "Last year no one in this region could stop us" or maybe "It took them long enough we were getting tired of beating everyone up".
  7. Alcoa may not be there. CAK 35 Alcoa 21
  8. This is a new season, and from the outing they had in the 1st quarter in the Sweetwater game that showed one thing. They are not as solid as everyone thinks. CAK has improved thru the year where Alcoa has stayed the same. Alcoa is good, but not unbeatable. You mentioned the Loudon score, please tell me you are not comparing the two scores. I have seen Loudon play and I am still amazed they finished 8-2. So that is not a good example. Give me another.
  9. Alcoa can be beat, CAK drive it down their throats and don't let up. The front line(def.) is weak. CAK 35 Alcoa 21
  10. Like I said anything can happen, it is playoff time, besides it was just a question, no need in getting upset. D1 means nothing, he could still get injured during the game. Then what. I am not wishing he get hurt, I was just curious as to what kind of back up they had at the QB position.
  11. Alcoa no doubt has the advantage in this game, but one thing you have to remember is that this is the play-offs. Every team that takes the field tonight will be pumped and that could be bad or good. If Alcoa takes relaxes too much or looks ahead it could be bad. I want very much for Sweetwater to win, but I am not crazy. Alcoa should win this one, but there is always a chance. ? Is Alcoa's backup QB as good as the starter? I have to say Sweetwater 17 Alcoa 14
  12. You know what, scratch the last statement, This is what I want know WHY IS alcoa STILL PLAYING IN AA? CAN YOU NOT COMPETE WITH THE BIG BOYS?
  13. No time for trash talk. Wait until you guys are down. Then we will talk.
  14. Don't you think three years is enough? You are right we can all score with paper and pencil, that would be a good idea for Staff to do. Write it down and all the scenarios that could happen during the game, that way you won"t have to run the same play four times and have it fail four times.
  15. So are you saying that the kids that are playing now and for the next few years don't have a chance? I disagree. So for all of you that have kids playing now and for the next few years don't bother. They have the tallent now it is that it is not being used properly.
