I wouldn't want to be the team to play westview this week! Chargers will win big again!

wow...union city at gleason And it's a big game..I remember not too long ago when UC was the toast of the town in 2A. What happened?

the whole z=plan deal is a joke. if tssaa wants to mimic the ncaa, they should seed teams according to how good they are, not some half-baked formula they came up with over lunch. Any time a 3-6 team is seeded above a 9-1 or 8-2 team, something is bad wrong. If folks don't start raising cain about this right now, all classifications will go to this very soon. Thats the master plan for t$$aa. just wait and see!

good thing you're only going to post once, b/c you don't know what you're talking about...In 2001, everyone who knew anything about football knew westview would beat milan. The Chargers were loaded that year. Rafeal Hill was one of the best backs in the state. Westview is loaded again this year, but if you think milan is going to get beat by 21, you still don't know much about the game. Westview should win the game, but never, ever, count out the Bulldogs. And if you win don't get too excited either, you'll have to play them again about three weeks later.

not sure about the top 3 brackets, but the West bracket is way off base. Carver has locked Region 9, so they'll be a 2 seed for sure. JCS (6-3, 3-3) can only get in as a wildcard, so they're probably an 8 seed. I think it looks like this. 1. Westview-Milan winner 2. Carver 3. Westview-Milan loser 4. Huntingdon 5. Westwood 6. Trenton 7. Booker T 8. JCS If Huntingdon gets thrown into the midwest bracket, Humboldt could also get in as a wildcard, and the other four teams (5-8) would move up a spot. Not likely, but I promise you Humboldt is the best 4-5 team in the state.

this game will be close! Westview almost always has a hard time with Humboldt and finally, the Vikings are all healthy. The chargers win, but it'll be tight!

I would think so...isn't Lexington 3A. What would a loss to a 1A private school do for the moral at a school as big as Lexington?

from what i heard in the preseason about milan, they are either the most overrated or the most underachieving team in west tennessee. With all that talent and speed, I think alot of fans thought the Bulldogs would be scoring lots of points. Sounds like they have a strong defense or they'd be in trouble. It seems like they play everybody real close. What's going on with the Bulldogs offense?

This game will be closer than alot of people think. USJ played Milan close w/o some of their starters that were sick. USJ can't stop Westview, but if they can answer TD for TD early, who knows.

word on the street is that JCS fans are wearing all black to the Milan game. I don't doubt they will out number Milan fans for this one. Even if the JCS crowd is smaller, it will be louder.

this is the most ridiculous thread ever. Except for Maryville, Alcoa has stomped everyone they've played. Quit crying about what you don't like about Alcoa...In 2A, they're the best there is!

this game will go down to the wire. JCS has no doubts about winning this game. They play inspired football with lots of leadership and togetherness. If Hudson has a good night, JCS will win.

Gaddis has this team primed and ready...still dont know how we lost to Westview...don't see anyone else beating us for awhile...Gaddis knows a thing or two about the post-season

SC isn't in the same class with Huntingdon...maybe some day, but not now...Huntingdon wins this one in the first half...
