When's the last time Milan made it past round 3?

As a Westview fan, I think Milan will probably win this game. We suffered a lot of injuries from the Henry County game, but we also lost our whole defensive line from last year. Just a young banged up team this year. Our starting qb, Tanner Spencer is out for the whole season. The Westview fans are just going to be happy that we are in a place where we don't have to worry about our cars being broken into and our players having things stolen out of their bags in the locker room. Shame on the TSSAA for sending our teams to unsafe locations and not providing security to prevent these kind of things. Good luck to both teams Friday night, but I too predict a Milan win.

Congrats to Henry County. However, you didn't get Westview "back" for your loss last year, as the team that beat you then graduated.

Last year was a major upset with Westview winning. Not sure that'll be the case this year. Westview lost a lot of major players, and Henry County has revenge on their minds. Can the young Westview squad pull another upset?

The other people in the county don't want to spend money for it? Do they realize that the county will now be spending $25,000.00 per year for Westview to play at UTM? Wouldn't they rather see that money go to the county school rather than the state university? Quite frankly, the people that DO want to see Westview get their own field are willing to raise the money to help pay for it so that the county doesn't have to. I'd rather at least see the money go towards a county school rather than UTM.

Westview hopes to have their own stadium one day, and there are a lot of people who are working to try to make it a reality. It's such a shame that the largest school in the county has the fewest facilities. Every other school in the county has their own football field, baseball and softball fields, etc. Westview has a gymnasium. The soccer fields, the baseball field and the softball field are all owned by the city. People think that Westview shouldn't get a stadium, but continue to play at UTM. WHY? They deserve their own field just as much as any other school. There's something to be said for a "HOME" game, and they have never had one. UTM may only be only 4 miles away, but when you have to load the buses, whether it's 4 miles or 40 miles, it's an away game. GOOD LUCK Westview in getting your own field one day. You deserve it!

The internet wasn't down, the coacht server couldn't handle the capacity of viewers. Anyways, hats off to Milan for pulling the victory. It was an awesome game. Good luck bulldawgs in the playoffs. Maybe we'll play again later down the road. According to everything I've heard, Milan played better tonight than they've played all year. Knew they'd have their game on for Westview tho. Westview played their WORST game all year. Our team didn't put together 4 quarters tonight. They are a better team than what they showed tonight. However, it's behind us. Now we concentrate on playoffs. I hope region 8 is well represented deep into the run. Milan fans are Martin fans are so much alike. Deep pride for their team and great support. It's great fans that help make great teams! Keep up the good work!

Punisher, I agree with you. Moore is all over the field. He has matured a lot this year, and he is a weapon on either side of the ball. Burlison, who has been double and some times triple-teamed all year, has had a great season. He's evidently well respected on the field by the opposing teams.
