  1. This complaint was filed by a couple of head coaches in West Tennessee that hate Milan for different reasons. One coach can’t beat Milan on the field and the other thinks he should be the Bulldogs coach now. You fellas know who you are and I hope you feel like the Pathetic turds that you are. Now grab a comfortable seat at home and watch the Bulldogs make some noise in the playoffs. BTW, remember what they say about karma.
  2. milan football sure ain't what is used to be. Defense is non-existent. hard to watch. Huntington will score 100 is they want to.
  3. Bulldogs offense is getting worse each week. The spread offense doesn't seem to fit this team and quite frankly, they look like they've given up on the season. South Gibson will win this game by at least 2 touchdowns. not sure what's going on with the Bulldogs but Friday's game against Lexington was the worst I've ever seen them play. 83 total yards against a very average Lexington team, or any team for that matter is unacceptable.
  4. Worst performance by a Milan team I've ever seen. Huntingdon wanted it worse and took it to the bulldogs. Milan wasn't ready to play and didn't look like they cared either. Not taking anything away from mustangs. They're good team. Milan better get it together quick
  5. milan will win this one but it doesn't really matter. next week CPA will crush milan, and the next week Alcoa/CPA will mercy rule CPA. throw in the towel and get it over with
  6. any chance Tanner could play again this season...in semi's maybe?
  7. welcome to the big stage south gibson. Changing of the guard in 3A football started tonight. SG is now the top dog in WEST TN. Milan has been playing on tradition for a few years now. SG out played, out hit and out coached the mighty bulldogs tonight. WAY TO Go Hornets!
  8. I noticed CAK lost to Grace in the regular season but I don't see Grace in the playoffs. Am I missing something?
  9. Alcoa didn't 8 straight titles running 100 plays in 10-12 formations. They line up and kick you in the teeth and run down your throat. It's one of the most simple offenses you can find. Knowing what someone is going to do and stopping it is 2 different things. Football is about blocking and tackling, not a bunch junk plays and formations. I think Coach Rankin would tell you all that other crap is a waste of time.
  10. Milan's pass defense is terrible. Fairview will have a field day with the Bulldog secondary and win this one going away
  11. Can this game be heard on internet
  12. Goodpasture has too much power and strength this year. Milan might have a slight speed advantage. GP controls ball and clock and wins going away.
  13. Milan couldn't tackle one of Haywood tailbacks all night. That was a big part, plus Milan played without 10 or so starters because of other spring sports. Milan has a new academic program that basically eliminates kids participating in two spring sports like they always have. That's why it really hasn't been an issue in the past. Haywood looked really good, and Milan will be fine.
  14. Conservative is boring but very effective if you've got the horses to do it. I never thought Alcoa would win with no passing yards. Aloca was the best team tonight no doubt. But if Milan doesn't have the turnover in the 3rd period, I really think it would have been an exciting finish. Congrats to both teams...two classy programs.
  15. Cookeville is terrible location for the state title game. The game should be centrally located every year at the best facility possible. LP Field would be ideal, and Vandy was a great host too. Boro worked as well....T$$AA would play it in Atlanta if they could make more money. That's what its all about. There's no consideration whatsoever given to travel times, convenience, recreation, or the host city. It's all about the $$
  16. Bulldogs played great but camden really missed gaskin. Punting and secondary not to mention QB. The early 14 spot was way too much for the Lions to come back from. C. Coleman looked good in limted play. Milan O-line rolled Camden in 2-3 qtrs. Back to the Dog Pound next week. Best of Luck to Milan against York,,,,BTW...where the heck is that?
  17. second team get ready to play. this one will be over quick. 35-0 at half. 56-7 final. Next!
  18. Some of you experts give me some depth chart information. How many players play both sides of the ball for Milan and Camden. Sounds like they are pretty evenly matched in a lot of places. Depth could be a factor. Anybody know?
  19. Westview has had trouble stopping good running teams all year, and Camden is a very good running team. Camden by 10....then, look out Bulldogs....you're going down
  20. Alcoa is no doubt the best team in Tennessee. and they should be since they're an East Tennessee All Star team. Alcoa pulls kids from all over the area. If you can play football and pay tuition, you're in
  21. With open district lines Alcoa should be able to compete with anyone in the country. Congrats for the honor, but there should be a separate classification for schools that can draw players from outside the school district boundries
  22. If the Milan team from the last two weeks shows up...they can beat anyone...if the team that played Westview three weeks ago shows up, they'll get creamed.
  23. Milan just can't get over the hump. Can't seem to win the big one. Until proven otherwise, Goodpasture is king of the hill in west & middle Tn.
