I guess P-Town did not take my advice and quadruple Jenkins. They were able to hold him to 45 points. I guess the defensive pressure just got to him that night.

WH probably wants a little more of class for their freshmen girls than what he brings.

I saw Wh play at Station Camp. Not only were the players from Wh showing little class, it seemed to come also from the parents. At one time Jenkins was pushed from behind into the wall on a break away and the parents gave their team a standing ovation for it. I guess that is why Jenkins put 52 on them. As for the coach, I do not know that much about coaching high school sports, but the players reflect their coach. Low class comes from the top. BDP lives???? If that is BDP, good riddance.

White House is much "tougher" than Portland. That is why it is funny. Portland better quadruple Jenkins after his performance verses the Blue Devils.

My only hope is that Vandy fans do not put too much pressure on JJ. He will afterall only be a Freshmen. He already must have people telling him how much they look forward to seeing him in the Black and Gold and what they expect of him. He will be a great player for Vandy in time. It is always funny to hear people say "if" about situations like this. "If" a player was there things would have been different. No one will know. The fact is that Jenkins has been doing things like this his whole career and nothing woul lead anyone to believe it would be different with this particular player. He dropped 34 on you guys without "jacking up" shots. He is a great player and person. One day he has the potential to be the SEC player of the year. BOOK IT.

Jenkins "team-mates" in Jackson County that night were sophomores playing in their first varsity game due to the football team playing in the playoffs. Jenkins almost beat the whole JCHS team by himself.

I do not know if "over-looked" is the right wording or if not voted for is. The Mr. Football is from media, most of whom probably never played the game. Greenwade is very deserving. The WH kicker is probably the best in the state.

I take it your son was Roger Herndon. If it was , he was a great high school player. It is not a knock at Ziegler that I said he was not D1 material. He is a good athlete in his own right, but he is not top tier caliber or FCS caliber or whatever they call it now. He should look at places like Lambuth, Cumberland, or Union University in Kentucky if he wants to continue his career. Appy State, TSU, Western Kentucky, not happening.

And I have some ocean-front property in Arizona to sell you. He is not D-1 material and don't say he is. How many players from this region are playing D1 ball now????? Many other players from a variety of these schools are or were better than him and none of them are playing on that level. He is a good player for a below average program. D1, Not happening.

Maybe as a walk-on. He is not D-1 material. Too small and too slow.
