I think Central looked pretty good last night...the only thing I saw that wasn't good was the secondary...That happens when you are missing starters though...I think if anyone has any right to be angry it is cy ables...That kid took a beating as he was throwing, but still threw the ball on target...Overall, mcminn may have a tough year and central looks to be as good as last year, but possibly a little better

I can believe Howard is returning a lot...The only part that isn't easy to believe is that there will be somebody faster than Hudson, that kid could flat out fly...

The kids from Sequoyah may not back down, but with only 23 players on the team, they may fall down from exhaustion...Apparently nobody likes the SQHS coach either...That would be why all the kids are quitting...

Central is in Region 3, not 4...Just to let you know...

This is true...I expect them to at least make the state tourney this year (hopefully championship), but they should def have what it takes next year (again, not to say they don't this year)

After a non-satisfactory season last year, I expect McMinn Central to make some noise...I really think they will be able to compete in East TN, but maybe not with the Memphis area squads. I know it's early (and the only thing I have heard about is the jamboree) but Central's team put up 42 points in 12 minutes on Walker Valley in the jamboree, and that's without 5 players that also play football.

Just for the sake of argument...everybody calls it McMinn Central, but the proper name is Central High School of Mcminn County

No, I don't believe that we have "slayed the dragon" but I know how our boys play...we will win! The part where you are the most wrong is not being scared...you should be!

I don't care to talk some trash...GB is way too full of itself...You may be a good 5-5 team, but you still lost 5 games...That means you weren't good enough to win in 5 games...I don't care how close you came, you still lost...Central has had close games, but they were good enough to pull those out...Those of you from GB may not understand that...it means that they won (something GB won't do again until next season)

I cannot believe that you think officials had little to do with this...the officials were the ones that got their emotional panties in a twist...When there is an official that picks up a couple flags off the ground and throws them again (which did happen) then you know that they (officials) have lost complete control of the game...Greenbrier has no idea what they are in for...MC 35 GB 14

I've seen Central play several times...But I've also heard about Polk...From what I understand, they struggled early with a Sequoyah team that isn't very good (but they must have picked it up in the second half). I think that Central will win easy if they can hang on to the ball, but, that has been a problem lately... Central 34 Polk 21
