If you look at my earlier posts this is what I had said would happen. I said the player was ineligible and that Grace self reported it and it was a error on the form and that is just what Ronnie Carter said it was a mistake. Again believe what you want and thier was nothing done wrong except a mistake on the form. The players residence was more than 20 miles from the school that was the violation. Before you start mentioning names you should check your facts.

I really think you should get a better source for your information because yes you are wrong about this also. Grace found out about this violation more than two weeks after the state tourn. It was discovered while speaking to TSSAA about about an unrelated issue and then was IMMEDIATLEY reported. If grace would have discovered it before like you have said it would have been reported then and the player would not have been able to compete. Again those are the facts you can choose to believe them or not but please make sure you check your info before posting out of hate.

WOW!!! The things that are said on this board like they are facts are unbelievable. These are the facts. His parents did move here but they lived over 20 miles from Grace. He had played in a state association in florida before moving here. The rule is if he played for another state association prior to moving here he would have to live within 20 miles of the school so it was a violation. Grace was not aware of this rule (which they should have been) and when they found out they self reported it to the TSSAA. What action the TSSAA will take I dont know but I am sure something will be done. He was from Florida but never played for pridemore. It was a mistake and Grace SELF reported it. If they were trying to intentionally break the rules as has been suggested I dont think they would have self reported it. Thats the truth you can choose to believe it or not.

Had nothing to do with the KCS kids that was all approved. It was the florida transfer and just an error made on a form, nothing done on purpose just didnt have a full understanding of the rule and was self reported by Grace.

Yes

A coach is there to be a example and someone the kids respect. He is there to build character and help these kids understand what it means to be a strong christian example to others. I am not saying coach lamb didnt do this but to say it doesnt matter is misguided. Sports it just a great way to teach young men and women about life lessons and how to deal with them. Alot of people can coach and teach the GAME but I respect to ones that also teach honesty and how to deal with dissapointment as well. Just my thoughts

Sorry but it would be a 20 point game. Not even gonna debate it, but yall must have really improved from last year after that over 20 point beatdown Grace gave you at Unaka last year. But you prob went out and got some new players right?

Like I said Grace is getting healthy NOW had some sickness and yes UH played a gimmick defence and played it very well.

This is this year and I believe Grace can play with any of the teams at state in single A. Grace played a tough schedule this year alot of AA and AAA teams. Grace had a schedule strenth was 12th as to Humboldt-61st and Manassas-64th not my numbers but a computers. Three of Graces 6 losses were to teams that are at the State Tourn. A loss to AA Carter at Carter by Three before football players were out, A loss to AAA Bearden by 25 at Beardon and was 8 at half time, A loss to Temple at Temple by 9 and was tied with 3 min left and played poorly and shot 30%. Grace has had players with sickness the last three weeks but is healthy now thank goodness. The AA and AAA schools that Grace played were 7 with a combined record of 134-72. The AA and AAA schools that Humboldt played were 2 with a combined record of 29-25. The AA and AAA schools Manasses played were 5 with a combined record of 73-59. I am saying all this not to say Grace is better than these teams because I dont know that and thats why we play the games, and these teams are very good. But to say Grace is not a good team because we are from the east is not fair either. I will say this if Grace shoots the ball well and defends like they can they can beat anyone on that one night. So keep saying Grace has no chance because teams from over here NEVER win right?

Should be a great game and a packed house at Grace. This is a rematch of last years game at the State tourn. but two very differnt teams. Sure Grace still has Pridemore and Slusher but gone from that team is Wannamakker, Hankins and Williams but have added Amos and Pridgen. University is only returning One Starter from last years team I believe but have added some players as well. Should be a great game and I know this will suprise all of you but I am taking Grace in this one. The gym will be electric so come on out and watch a great high school basketball game.Lets hear your thoughts.
