Not surprised, Morgan had a great game! I really think this team has as much potential as any we've had in years! /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

I don't know the scoring, but they trailed until the fourth quarter. They looked like strong individual players but struggled with knowing each other, or so it seemed to me, but, when they got it together, they came on strong and WON. Gosh, you would have been impressed. The entire bench is good, The two freshmen steped up and played like champs. I think they are going to have an exciting year.
  3. Jackson County Beat Macon County Last night, they looked good. At first I didn't think they seemed to play well as a team, didn't seem to know each other very well. That will improve as the season goes on, and it improved as last nights game continued. By third quarter they meshed quite well. Strong Players, and like the girls team, they used the entire bench, right down to the Freshmen, who stepped up and played with the big boys. GREAT JOB Jordan and Drew. VERY IMPRESSIVE /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

  5. /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" /> Well I'm not good at reading between the lines, so I am assuming you don't know this: NEWS FLASH, JIM BROWN IS THE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR! /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />
  6. Gosh, you've done your homework! Can't say I agree with every Last word, but for the most part, sounds like you really done your research. I am as interestered now in seeing how your predictions play-out as how the actual games turn-out. Good Luck! and thanks for the information. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

GOSH, Red Boiling Springs sounds like a GREAT place to raise a family, I think I'll look into buying a house and moving mine out there! I can't help but think there must be another side to this story, surely, tell me there is. AND, if you think for one second that Coach Jim Brown, will stop or delay a ballgame, or stay in the dressing room and fret over one hurt kid (unless its life threathening) or send another kid off the bench to "sit with them" well you need to re-evaluate, because its not going to happen in Jackson County either. He will however, send a trainer and her parents to see to her.

I hope your correct about no harm meant toward Ashton, otherwise there are some cruel people out there. And I appologise for jumping to that conclusion. But, as far as me not being (in the know) you are correct, I have not been on these boards very long, as a matter of fact only introduced to them recently. BUT, I am (unfortunately) so VERY in the know that I should have named myself themole. And the things I know run deep and ugly.

The Gentry girl is a sweet, smart young woman. she isn't reaping anything! She got hurt, which is a shame considering all the hard work and time she has put in and how its her senior year. I hope she is back on the floor before the season is over, and whip some district teams. And talking about reaping, Coach 07, you need to worry about your own favorite teams condition. And I'm sure your hoping that RBS won't get to play Gentry. Shame on you!

HEY! I didn't discount other districts, I SAID, we'll see whats in Murfressboro when we get there, last year Jackson County got creamed (I was there) the year before, was a 1 point loss in overtime for J.C., (I was there). I said in MY OPINION, Jackson County will win. I obviously am not a scout, I don't know what everyone else has, but the Lady Blue Devils have basically last years team plus Laken Leonard and 2 6 ft. something post and several quick little athletes. Coach Brown should be able to bring to the floor whatever he needs, his bench is that deep. Go Big Blue and good luck to your team also - Mr. Roper. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

Strong 1. Jackson County 1. Clarkrange 2. Who knows? I'm guessing Clay Co., Pickett co., RBS, in a toss up. Jackson County and Clarkrange will make it murfressboro. And we'll see whats down there when we get there, it was a tough road last year. But both teams are stronger and more mature this time around, Probably Jackson County by that time will be a shoe in, with a 15 point state championship win. Thats my story and I'm sticking with it!
