Its not an insult. Its just a part of the game. Huntingdon cannot line up and throw the football this year to win. If they get down and have to start throwing its not going to work. They know they got away with one in 2003. I think everybody and their momma, grandmother, great grandfather, and ancestors knew that one after it was over. In my opinion, this is the best Milan offense since 2003. However, I've seen every game this year and the competition is different than that year in 2003 to me. Humboldt, Westview, Trenton, Huntington, and Dresden are all way down. The 1999 team was great but the 2003 team is the standard as of late. If anyone remembers that yr, watching it, and all the players on the field that year for Milan, can say they are most def the new standard for Milan. Milans offense this year is ridiculous. Passing more. More variety but in my opinion the 2003 team was probably better in every position. Hope we can make it to state

This pole is wack. I like Milan at 2 though. They beat down a very good Camden team and escaped USJ. Goodpasture not being in the top 5 or 6 is a joke.

Bulldog, I know you are with me on this. IF Milan does make it to Alcoa...and they have to win 4 to get there...I really won't be suprised to see Milan have success out there. Portland in 99 had like All Americans. I know this is a new year..different story. But, Milan isnt just a team that runs the ball 3 downs and punts. They can move the ball however they want to. Milans got some pretty big children out there also. Jeff Morris will unite the city of Milan in 2008. I have full faith in the man with the plan. It won't be a blowout. Is the Cunningham kid a senior this year for Goodpasture? Gilbert for Milan is a very good back and has great numbers, however, the youtube.com video of Cunningham is unreal. Gilbert has my vote but Cunningham is def the better back.

Should be a good game. I know what your saying. I am not biased about it. I haven't seen their team schedule yet. Im assuming they played David Lipscomb which is no joke. If it comes down to a Goodpasture/Milan I believe it will be at Milan. #24 from Goodpasture is just crazy ridiculous with the ball in his hands.

Even if Trenton stacks the box (which I believe they will)....Milan will still have the advantage on the outside and in special teams. I doubt Trenton has anyone who can match up with Tristan going deep or WR #5. Milan needs to spread it out with these two, along with J.W. or Vandiver. Milan 34 Trenton 13

Sounds like sour grapes. Guess that 94 yard TD reception by D.Moore #5 wasn't good enough. Guess that 40 yard TD run by the QB Justin Coleman wasn't good enough. Guess those TWO Kickoff Returns by the same player #4 T.Peoples weren't good enough.. Makes 4 on the year, in 7 games, hes played in 6, sir. Then had an INT on defense. Guess our D1 Prospect MLB wasn't good enough, blocking a punt also. Guess Beau Vandiver didn't make three incredible catches for long gains, then have an INT on defense. Guess Jeff Morris isn't good enough for you. Hes only the top coach active in West Tennessee. Jabronski Gilbert has 20 TD's on the season, in 7 games. I think its time you take a long thinking process before you just throw some stuff out there. Milan has had to play back to back weeks of non-stop no huddle spread shotgun offense. Nobody is lining up, and running over Milan. Period. End of story. Your going to have success when you throw the ball 45+ times. Sounds like you got home, got mad, and threw a topic out there to make yourself feel better. USJ is easily 2nd in our region. They will be 9-1 at the end of the regular season. Hard to believe? Not really. Overbey is the best QB ive seen them have in a long long time. He could easily be a Mr. Football in the next year. FYI: Milan will be fine.
