btw I weighed 242 yesterday(even though I am 5ft 7) @ practice so get it right Youth Coach ...cant speak for Big Bear and Chico SR but all of us on the same side of the line (alott of meat on the hoof) and I still want ChattTOWN TO MEET CHATTWRESTLING IN A NO HOLDS BARRED match and the winner gets to keep the name !!!!!! Jakesdad the Wii is better it has the new Wii fit that you can get in shape with but.... Here we go what system is better Wii Xbox DS Guitar Hero or Guitar Hero World Tour or maybe who has better looking legs in shorts Sexynasinglet Cup Cake or W90 Bray Hamm and GHouse do a great job and its ok if you dont agree but dont complain if you dont send them the info they need The regions are coming soon and alott of the arguments will be taken care of( no arguments of who is # 1 @ 171 though)...I still like the Wii best though.

from a reliable source LOL Tony Tolbert will return Jan 6th he will wrestle 135 lbs. 4-1 with only loss injury default Jonathan Taylor has returned and will be at either 140-or 45 lbs... went 140 @ McCallie to get a chance to wrestle a couple of guys there @ the McCallie that were at that weight. 5-0 (4 pins and a 1st period tech in the finals) (Both of these guys are good wrestlers ... No wrestle offs... both like the weights they are at with min weight cutting) thanks for the good comments though Eric Henley will return for Red Bank Jan 6th as well @ 160 lbs. As a guy who grew up below the border of TN. I remember no good time is ever had in North Ga without a Bon Fire Pickup Trucks and a good Fight... sounds like they covered all but the bon fire

I bet it was fun too see both middle and high at the same time wrestling.How did the snack size cupcake do vs Laf. As good as he is wrestling sure no prob .How bout Youth Coach son he back in the lineup ? I was worried cause I grew up in Walker Co and red tights on men has been known to cause some Deliverence (banjo in background) moments. As for mini marshmellow n a singlet... every win he gets as a freshmen wrestling varsity is a big win. He was just happy to wrestle someone who was not 7 lbs heavier than him for a change.Weighing in at 105 and wrestling at 112 is not a easy task sometimes.We hope he gets a win or two this week at McCallie Invit.Its a tough crowd and the wins dont come easy with the athletes that show up for that tourney.Then a much needed break for the holidays before time to make a run for regions.

Thank you and I agree with you shootfirst. With more hard work they possibly can make it back to the round bldg.They are all ready to get going and hope there conditioning will be together for Regions.In the present these young guys are fighting like crazy and getting better (like 8 freshmen 1 soph and a Sr we drafted for heavyweight from football who is a prison guardfulltime student who works 30-35 hrs a week played football, now is wrestling while working from 6pm-3 am so he leaves practice or match and goes in straight to the prison to work). t... but the future is bright, Coach Ben and Coach D are really making big strides with these young guys. Look forward to getting to wrestle this weekend with some of the best of the middle of the state. Good to get out of North Ga and Hamilton Co and wrestle those other talented kids before seeing them when they come to the round building in Chattanooga during Feb. But whippings are never good but are easier to deal with in Dec. than in Feb.

I love seeing him in the Hammer House singlet.I told him up at Clevland this Fall that he dont look right in anything but a HH singlet.Still remember when he was a young guy beasting on people in that HH singlet when we would see you at those USA A town matches.

They are all injured... the Sr @ 215 is lost for the year ... the others will return. Fortunantly these guys are all decent with the grades and behavior at this point...14-18 years old boys though can do anything at anytime to change that

Red Bank will be missing Jr 135 Taylor, Jr 140 Tolbert, Soph 145 Mobley, Sr 160 Henley, Sr 215 Jones all missing from the line up until Jan 3rd. Wow that even pains me to write that.... geeez. Dec is a long month waiting on those guys to return.The upside is that some young green guys are getting some good Varsity mat time that they wouldnt be getting. So thanks for the kind thoughts they are much needed right now.

CUPCAKE didnt know you had done marathons before ...new respect for you. My PR for a marathon is 4:03 @ Marine Corp in 1995. I am sure that I ran slower than yours. 1995 was the year after Oprah ran Marine Corp and thank goodness that I beat her time. PDiddy is one thang but if Oprah had beat me I would have ...given it up for good ! I did get passed in the last mile by a guy CARRYING A EGG ON A SPOON THOUGH lol My two other marathons came at the end of Ironman races ... they were not quite as fast as the first one I ran though. Little bit harder to run 26.2 after swimming 2.4 and biking 112.

Cupcake I agree with you again ...Luther does a great job with The McCallie Invitational This is one of my fav wrestling events. I am stoked to get to see my middle child wrestle in this event.He has wanted to wrestle in this event since he watched his older brother wrestling for McCallie in it 5 or 6 years ago. I think it is one of the toughest around with lots of good athletes at all weight classes.

the back being better would help me with my young bride....I here it may help you with your potential new one(congrats) as well coach LOL Father time is def a bad dude for sure if we would have only knew that we would need better backs now ...for sure we would have skipped a couple of those tough run bike run bricks.
