By adding up the wins and dividing by losses of team's that a team has played, I got the following ratio...converted to percentage for ease of comparison. For example, of the teams that Harriman has played, they had a combined 14 wins (not Hariman, the other teams) and 12 losses. Dividing 14 by 12 gives a percentage of 117%.....basically means Harriman has played some teams with good records. So a low percentage means weak and a high percentage means strong. Here we go:
Cloudland: 100% (couldn't find win-loss for two of the teams played)
Cosby: 33%
Grace: 17%
Hampton: 68%
Jellico: 115%
Unaka: 94%
Coalfield: 210%
Greenback: 85%
Harriman: 117%
Midway: 80%
Oakdale: 200%
Oneida: 57%
Sunbright: 67%
Interesting, huh?
