What is the schedule and location for this Classic?

This is something that is not new at all in high school ball. All on deck batters stay on their side no matter the hitter's side of the plate. Different from Little League yes, but not high school.

Congratulations to both teams for a great game. So, what will playoff outlook be for these 2 teams going into Hville/Gallatin game Friday?

When are these games? Wilson Central is very strong right now and I was told Smyrna roughed Haydel up for a few. Which one will he throw?

Say what you want about their schedule or lack thereof...This team is good. Talent. Good coaching. Poise. Discipline. This is a good team. Now, they may not have played the toughest yet, I would bet they would still have their way with any of the teams represented by posters here. We shall see. Lexington/Huntingdon would be entertaining.

Would love to reply to this topic, however, I am afraid 1) I can't possibly match the grammatical ignorance heretofore displayed in this thread (LadyTigers35, for Mark Twain it was colloquialism, for you it sounds like brain damage. No wait, that is unfair to people with actual brain damage) and 2) this must be in the bottom 5 topics ever on this site. Right under "Which is better at high school football stadium rest rooms...individual urinals or the trough?"

You folks that are close to the Alcoa program...What, in your opinions, are the top three reasons for Alcoa's continued success and seeming dominance? It is a very impressive program to follow and I am curious as to what they do that others don't.

This game may not be much to watch, but I sure do look forward to reading about it on Sunday in The Tennessean Section P devoted entirely to private school athletics in the greater Metro area. And for those of you who can't get enough in the paper, feel free to enjoy Jeff Lockridge's weekly blog, "Why all private schools deserve more".

I, as merely a curious onlooker, have enjoyed reading this thread very much. It is full of everything that makes message boards great. Now, in the spirit of good sportsmanship and community building, I have a proposal for all posters here. I am proposing that all posters in attendance of Friday night's game, attend the contest sporting a shirt of their respective team colors and emblazoned with their CoachT screen names. Why let the fun and games be limited to just the playing field? I think it would be wonderful for Panther posters and HC essayists to greet each other in warmth and comeraderie and share a coke and a smile...Just a thought.
