I second that. Holmes is one of the most explosive running backs i have ever seen. His vision is elite and he is a threat to the end zone every play.

I would have to disagree on this one. Millington absolutely handled Colliervillle in week 5. And collierville has had a lot of close games with its region opponents. So to say they Either team will have a very tough game s out the window.

I see things the opposite! Millington has an amazing caoching staff that puts a lot of time and effort into their job.Second, Millington probably puts more time and effort into it than any team.I've seen these boys tired and exausted after practice and sprints, then go into the weightroom and lift their butts off! I see Millington Putting a good game plan together and if they execute, they will come out on top.

Shook..This game was pretty much a blowout. Millington controlled the game the whole time. There was one drive with a 60 yard play that put the dragons in scoring position, but no long drive was ever put together. The Trojan D was awesome. And the offense put on a show. This game turned into a track meet. This is what happens when your offensive line comes off the ball and your backs follow suit. But overall I believe the Trojans did a great job!! Go Trojans Boro Bound!

Theres a lot of history and bad blood between these two teams. Last years thrashing in the first round of the playoffs probably has the dragons with a bad taste in their mouth!.. Lets hear what you thing about this one!!

The fact that Munford Hung half a hundred on Northside means nothing. If I recall, Last season the blew out Northside seventy something to 0. Then marched down the highway and got shutout. Northside is not a program. The real test for the cougars will be this friday night!!

I have witnessed Millington play this year. They look very solid all around. And i've heard that Deondre Purdy has transfered? Is that true?

a wing uses a lot of pulling guards and outside runs just play your defense. Im not familiar with that set Im used to a nickel and 5-2

Although the loss of a phenominal senior class, i feel confident that Millington could very well run their schedule once again. The tean consists of 3 freshman classes with a combined loss of 4. They have the talent to do it again, lets just see if they come through.

Millington scrimmaged Houston this past friday. They looked very good. They lined up and played their style of hard nose, run it down your throat football. But at times the finesse pass was used with great results. They scored on the 3rd play with the long ball. They looked very promising with few mistakes. But both teams(im sure) were not satisfied with their performances and are working to improve.

How did todays scrimmages go around the state?

the actual temp in memphis today was in the Triple digits. The heat index around 3:00 was about 108 degrees. It is way hotterin Memphis and and the surrounding counties. I understand that sometimes you just need to man up and go. But for the Big guys and younger less unexperienced guys that dont know tricks to stay hydrated, this extreme heat can become a very hazardous thing.

Our offensive line is MASSIVE!! left tackle is 6'6 350, right tackle is 6'2 345, guards are 5'11 250 and 275 ,center isnt as big but he has perfect blocking technique and hits like a truck.

I think that the trio is a little understated. you have to remember Terell Garner, Eddie Robinson and if it came down to it Darinique Culbreath has been know to break a few ankles himself.

The people on here dont represent the True Millington Program.The Millington program doesnt talk trash and we have the upmost respect for our opponents.We take no team lightly. so these people that are talkin trash, disregard them and stick to the reality that two VERY GOOD football teams are going to play Friday Night, Unfortunately one must go home.In my opinion millington will come out on top.As a fan and I talk to many players the program is very rigorous and the hard work that they do will provail Friday night at 7:00.
