Don't really know how all these great players get to the same school at the same time, but it is time for the TSSAA to totally split private and public schools. Magnet schools (public) are no better than privates when it comes to recruiting. Seems strange that East Nashville was one of the ring leaders in getting CPA bounced out of their district.

Community and MTCS

Looks like FC still struggles on the road. Community is team to beat.

CPA is 20 points better than anyone in this Region. After watching Blackwell last night against the highly recruited (openly and fairly done) Ensworth team how can anyone in the state compete against them? Defense was swarming all over the place. CC must be really good if they have 3 guys that would start for CPA.

Actions speak louder than words. There are ways to keep the score down without embarrassing the opponent. CPA brings some of the hatred on themselves when they do things like this. Even defenders of CPA would have a hard time defending this type of action.

Is there a reason for any starters to play with a 46 point lead at half? Just think, bench gets outscored 20-0 in 3rd, and the lead is still 66-40.

How does Eagleville beat Forrest?

Unless the Williams girl has improved a lot that is not an even swap.

Community, MTCS, and Fayetteville City have a good chance to make it. Collinwood and Mt. Pleasant would be others in Middle Tn. to have a chance. All very good teams.

Moore Co. beat Cascade once and that was without their big post girl. Very close game. Forrest beating Community was not to surprising though. Coach Jean took advantage of some weaknesses. Community still best team.

Does that explain why Ezell is so down? Noticed they seem to have over scheduled.

So how does Lighthouse suddenly become a basketball powerhouse overnight? Why did they drop out of TSSAA? Sounds a bit odd being on the outside.

Would move MC up to top four with Community, Forrest, and MTCS. Community is the most talented. MC is much better than expected. Forrest has limitations. MTCS lives and dies with 3. Others will struggle.

Community and MTCS should be a great game to start the new year. Will stick with original picks after the first few games. Fayetteville City must learn to win on road. If they can do this they will be right there with MTCS. Community very talented and MTCS knows how to win. Moore Co. could be a spoiler. Other three will battle for 5th spot. Should be a lot of great games.

No excuse for this to happen. Totally classless. This only causes more resentment between the private and public schools. We will soon have a split.

If were the 2nd place, I would not be so thrilled to be playing Community. They are big and talented. May be the most talented team in 9-A. Lost many close games. If Forrest is hitting 3's they are very dangerous as well. Don't count out the 3 and 4 seeds from 9A. Th33
