That whole article is a bunh of crap. look at the picture posted earlier. evidence right there that he didnt come down with it. And after the game im sure all they were trying to do was shake hands. Smyrna isnt who anyone wanted to fight, it was the refs. oh and we did cross the goal line which would have made it 21 17 but of course it got called back because he was "out of bounds"

i cant believe yall are still saying that the refs didnt blow the game. theres tons of eveidence and stats to show who should have won. i can garuntee you that no one would be complaining if the game was fair.

are you seriously making fun of our guys becausae they cried? You would have too if you got cheated the entire game. I wish everyone including bearden fans would stop saying that we played bad the first three quarters! 88 caught a huge pass but was called out of bounds which he wasnt. we almost had a touchdown till the refs said we fumbled when he was on the ground. There was also another pass we caught, ran with, fumbled and fell on but it was called incomplete. We also had a touchdown that "wasnt in". this was all before those last five minutes. No one think we played good because evry good thing we did was called back by the refs.

will someone please tell me what was called bad against smyrna? because all the extremely bad calls i can think of were in smyrnas favor. oh and the majority of your stands were parents we were looking right at yall. and bearden would have never played a song like that considering we dont even play music after games. if the game was called fair i want to know why the refs sprinted off the field with cops surrounding them. obviously they were aware of what they did. its a shame to see bearden go through what they did and come this far just to get cheated out of a game that meant so much to these guys.

it's not just the onsides kick that lost us the game. It was the two in bounds passes that got called out of bounds... one of them being a touchdown. and the so called fumble like 10 yards before our touchdown zone. All of those were crap calls too. I will say though that we did not play our best in the first half, but the refs calling that game lost it for us because we would have had 3 touchdowns if not more.

there is no way to tell if he was in or not from that picture because one- its from an odd angle and two- he isnt even on the ground. And on the on sides kick the news even said it looked as if the ball came out before he even hit the ground. No one could even tell at the game but the players right there. it happened too fast. I think the news is a better source than someone far away in the stands.

Bearden the better team? Not tonight. Who cares about the last 5 minutes? The game must be played for 48 minutes. If Smyrna hadn't decided to play ultra conservative they could have blown bearden out of the stadium. They had absolutely no answers for Rod Wilkes in the first half and what about that stud running back from bearden we heard about all week? Is he the one who did absolutely nothing? Against a prevent defense the worst passing teams can look good. Do you think that if Smyrna had pressed your line and brought a few blitzes that bearden would look that good during the LAST FIVE MINUTES? All that matters is when the clock said ZERO Smyrna had more points. Now go back to East Tenn. with all the other delusional people and enjoy what the SEC team wearing Purple and Gold do to the crappy VOLS. After this weekend people in Knoxville will be having Purple and Gold nightmares. Go Dawgs. Geaux Tigers. my point was that if the refs didnt call everything against us it would have been a real game. yall didnt do ANYTHING in the second half. we pretty much handed you your second touchdown. if you are so good then what happened in the fourth quarter? we owned the second half. If we had gotten the right call on that second kick it would have been our game. and yes you did fumble look in the news. just admit the refs were one sided. im not saying its smyrnas fault they were, so dont get mad. just be happy you won. and if you could have blown us out of the stadium then why didnt you. it would have looked better on your part. and your golden quarterback and receiver hardly did anything. he couldt pass because everytime he tried we sacked him.

I would just like to point out that bearden caught two passes, one being a touchdown, and the ref there called it good but the others overturned the call which is pretty rediculous. And that was def. a fumble on the secon on sides kick. this game was one sided and the only way anybody could see that was if you were on the losing team. the officials knew they blew the game for bearden because the cops had to escort tyhem out as they sprinted off the field trying to avoid bearden fans. smyrna just be happy you got this game handed to you. bearden was the better team and showed it in the last five minutes when the refs actually let us play
