  1. The Nation wishes you were here!!! Hope all is well on Oki. GO NATION!!!
  2. Congrats, to Greenback and Seymour. It's great to see region 2 being represented so well at State Duals. It's always a battle between the schools and both fans are always into it. Go Nation!!
  3. As a fan of wrestling, it didn't appear that the kid was hurt. After the slam he was up in the center of the mat ready to continue. When suddenly his coach requested an injury time out and then they proceeded to say he could not continue. I wish to take nothing away from the kid, if he was injured I am truely sorry and hope he is alright. However from the fans view he seemed to be ready to get back to the match. As a parent of small children, my children will never be taught or coached to act in such a way. Again, I hope the wrestler is alright and wish him the best during the remainder of the season. And regarding the 125 match, your girl was wrestling our 112, not our 125 as he is still recovery from a small injury received during practice.
  4. Thursday 1/29. Weigh-ins at 5:30.
  5. Sluder will win, hurt if he has too. But he should be fine.
  6. I'm not sure what the score was, but Greenback won. Here is what I know. 103 Greenback forfeited, Kingston forfeited to Browning at 112, Sluder 119 pinned Kingston. Kingston forfeited to Miller at 189. Miller 135 won, HW Daily won (I think by pin). Sorry I can't remember everyone, but at least it's a start. Hopefully someone can give better details.
  7. Greenback in finals. Browing-112 Sluder-119 Hooper-130 Miller-189 Dailey-Hwt
  8. Thanks for the support. She hasn't had any luck yet. I hope everyone else is having better luck in finding their stolen items. Olerestler good luck with the phone records and finding the person that took your sons belongings. We had been very cautious keeping up with our stuff all weekend. I travel with a preschooler and 2 cameras so we do have a lot to keep up with. I just hope the thief realizes they really didn't get that much when they stole my nieces purse and would at least send the cheerleading uniform back, as she will have to pay the school for this. Thanks again for the support.
  9. I really enjoyed watching Harless. Being from the same region we were really pulling for him. It was great to see him so happy even without the first place medal. I saw many wrestlers so upset that they had lost in the finals and he was just happy to be there.
  10. I was told by one of the wrestlers that Nation came from the match when Greenback beat Farragut in 2004 (I believe) and the place was rockin. One of the wrestlers, stated we are the Nation, lets keep this going. And it just stuck with the team. I may not be 100% accurate, but this is a start.
  11. Congrats to all Region two wrestlers! It was great to see everyone supporting each other! See you all next year!
  12. We wish you could have been there Bo, maybe next year right! Nation has done a great job all year! Congrats to the amazing coaching job and to all the wrestlers that have worked so hard! It has been great watching you guys all season! See you next year!
  13. Great article, thanks Anilmal. Congrats to all the wrestlers advances to state!
  14. Burchett lost to Farinella (sp?) in double overtime. This match was best match of the tournament. Miller won by forfeit. Daily lost to the Halls heavy. Greenback wins the overall tournament.
