I was told the same thing about the Fulton situation and our AD got the response from the TSSAA that they supported Fulton's actions as far as the consequences go, but have heard nothing concerning consequences for Gibbs. Not that I want to see them punished but just wondering where the consistency is here. I agree with your post, a statement has been made!

Why the severity of the penalty when the same thing happened between Gibbs and Fulton and TSSAA did not hand out any consequences. Or was there a significant difference in the two situations? Wow.

I agree with most of your predictions except the Seymour Alcoa Score. The last five meetings have been 2 ties 1 overtime alcoa win and two 1 goal Alcoa wins. I doubt they will take Seymour by 4 goals. Seymour has the team to beat Alcoa, Do that have the mentality? We will have to see? Will be fun to watch what happens!

The standings you are looking at are not official. I do not have our district tiebreaker system in front of me at this moment to be able to answer that question but I believe the goals scored will be the tiebreaker that gives the number 1 seed to Carter.

Fulton has forfeited their game vs Seymour scheduled for April 7th

No Details about the confrontation, but Fulton is being forced, by their AD, to forfeit there next three games as punishment for the incident. This comes from the Fulton Coach.

Quite an optimist there pitbull! I think this is a toss up game that could go either way. Both teams have had success. We will know a lot more by 9:30 toight!

Gibbs at Seymour Both teams have been topics of much conversation in the preseason. This is shaping up to be a big district game, much bigger than expected when it was scheduled for so early in the season. Really have no idea what Gibbs has this year but impressed with their numbers. This is the first time in at least 6 years they have a JV. Looking forward to a great game tonight.
