At some point you gotta tell yourself to let someone else try because your stone cold. I can name at least 3 others that are better on the court and smarter. You have to remember that Summertown has the district MVP (second year in a row).

To win in the post season you have to ask your self......what is my team's strengths? and how can we capitalize on them? Seems like Summertown just keeps doin the same stuff time and time again and it aint working.

Hes still not 100% put he put up 29 points in the Collinwood game. Watching him play you cant tell that hes hurt. But Ive seen Trotter taping him up and it looks BAD.

I couldnt agree more with this post. Where is the Summertown team that was putting up 70+ points? They are not playing their run and gun style of play anymore. We have VERY quick guards.

It was more than a lack of focus. 45 secs on the clock, up by 3. All the Eagles had to do was hold the ball and wait to be fouled. Sounds easy, huh? Not when you put your ball handler and best FT shooter on the bench.

I know that Clifton is just a few games away from hitting 1500 career pts. He scored his 1000 the 2nd game of the season. Thats why i have him at 500.

We got lucky we scored as many as we did. And as you can tell from the box scores 0 points from center/ forwards. They were a few inside shots made but by the PG. Truly a shame.

This is pretty much a re-cap of the whole game. #12 would get the ball down the court and pass to whom ever was the closest at the top of key, (usually #20)(3 of 28). That player would shoot immediately and miss. No one would be in a position to rebound. WC got the rebound and beat us down the court for an easy 2. It was ugly. Ive never seen Stown play more unlike a team in my whole life. The truth to the matter was that Summertown got out coached, plain and simple. WC did their homework. It also helped that WC was hitting their shots. Stown got desperate and 90% of their shots where from behind the arc. With only a few dropping in. Stown would get it down the floor and pass 1 time and shoot a trey. Ball hogs and desperation.

That's true. But you are making them appear cocky and Obnoxious. I know these kids and they arent as boastful as you sometimes make them seem. PC is a quiet giant to those that truly know them. And yes CA and MP both have the ability to beat them. Just a heads up to all of 12A, dont get too confident.

Glazed, you need to come off your high horse. You are giving all the vikings a bad rep. Its great to be a fantatic but sometimes you lift someone up to high it just makes for a harder fall.

CA could have beaten Summertown last night. MP could have beaten Summertown (twice). CA and MP both have what it takes to beat PC. All im saying is not to get to confident based on what the boxscores say.

Dont let the scores fool ya. Both CA and MP are both pretty good teams. No one in 12A should let their guard down. The region is still up for grabs.
