I'd rather lose with players than win with thugs. The coaches and the team made the right decision. Football is a team sport and anyone not willing to play team ball deserves to be cut. It was an unfortunate incident, but it will not make a huge difference in Central's physical ability. Mentally...they better get their heads on straight and strap up. There are still some good teams left on the schedule. GO CHARGERS!!!

This one will come down to who comes prepared to play and which way the breaks fall. An 0-4 team has nothing to lose, a 4-0 team can become overconfident. This was seen at Sequoya last week by Mcminn Centeral. Central won, but it wasn't pretty. Returning thugs will make little difference for Bledsoe. We are 4 games into the season and unless rules have been broken, they will be way behind the curve. Sequatchie wins in either a nail biter, or a blow-out. Friday Night will tell.

Sequatchie has obviously been in better physical condition than the two teams they have played at home so far. They believe in themselves after three wins. They are a team to contend with! They win Friday by as much as they want to!

To the naysayers. Central wins 59 61 It was a tough one and AE is to be congratulated on a great game and a great season. Goss, Marsh, and Simone? all had great games but as I said earlier, it came down to defense, bench play and poise. THERE WILL BE BASKETBALL!!!

Absoltely! I just moved into a part of TN that has limited radio reception and would gladly pay PPV prices to see these games.

I have noticed that the Georgia High School Athletic Association has an agreement with the local PBS stations to televise HS play- offs. Wish we had the same situation in TN!

I agree. When I saw the score of the South Greene AE game I was amazed at the points put up by both teams. I think bench depth and conditioning as well as who can "settle" in first may determine this one.

OK you are right, we paid the refs 200 each . We are already working on financing a state championship!!!!
