That's the ref I know. Just likes to talk trash with no proof or evidence to back it up. If what you say is true, then I think you're implying that Seymour is going to blowout Carter...if 4 of your other players are really better than grigsby and cross. Hmm...We'll see Thursday ref. If your right, then good for you. If your wrong, then you're gonna see a lot of people on Coacht throwing Carter's win in your face. But no matter. If Seymour wins, you'll be talking about how much you were right. If Carter wins, I'll be expecting a lot of excuses from you.

Carter 4 Seymour 3 Both defenses will need to prove somebody wrong on Thursday. I really predict a higher score from both teams, but this seems more realistic. Sherrod, Grigsby, and Cross weren't up to there full potential against Bearen...better watch out for them. I expect a great...and heated match-up.

At least 3 Maybe...in my opinion teams like Alcoa and Carter play physical, Seymour pushes it a little bit. I don't know and it doesn't matter. Look, I might have pushed it a little bit with the whole football comment...I was just responding to BigG's message about the Berean Seymour relations...and it's my first message of the season. I started this matter, now I'm dropping the issue. So let's move on. By the way, are you really a ref? Did you ref a lot of the district 3 aa games?

Well, you just said you weren't at that game. Seymour in that game did go past the limit in terms of dirty play...do you any idea how many cards went up against Seymour? Thought so. Does dirty play mean playing harder? Maybe...doing everything possible so they won't lose to a private school. But hey, whatever way there is to win...do it. Sorry, you made the wrong assumption...I don't go to Berean. I was merely a spectator so I don't need to worry about the pads...thanks for thinking about my safety though. Im sure the school I go to won't need those pads. So I apologize for starting this bitter conversation. As I said before...lets wait till the real stuff begins. Then we can have something more worthwhile to talk about.

You should've seen the indoor soccer game between Berean and Seymour. (the last one that is...the first game against Seymour for indoor we had almost nobody) Berean played with class while Seymour liked to play football instead of soccer. Glad you combined the score of the first and second game easttnref...for the record Berean lost to Seymour by one in the second indoor match...regardless Seymour won the football match. But hey, that's just indoor soccer...lets wait till the real stuff begins.

Lets get an early start on the Class A-AA Region 2 District 3 Tournament. Im assuming the seedings are 1. Alcoa 2. Carter 3. Seymour 4. Berean 5-9. And so on down the list. How do the schedules or games work out? Any predictions?

I heard it was a 2-0 win for Carter. Details?

If anyone knows the game score, tell me it and what happened...sorry I couldn't be there.

Easttnref-I have to ask the same question, why DO you hate Mark so much? All you've done on here (as in all the message boards posts) is question his class and his devotion to his team. Sure criticize the Carter team all you want but it just shows your ignorance preaching about class and character by you attacking someone else's class and character when you barely even know him. Why don't you show some?

It should be a tough match-up (a heated one too). If Carter's defense will be more physical and stick with their forwards and midfielders, they should be fine. Avoiding giving the other team a 2-0 lead in the first 5 minutes (like the Alcoa game) would help. If Carter's defense played like they did against Alcoa, Seymour will win. If Carter's defense doesn't give as much space as they gave Alcoa and play physical, Carter.

Carter 7 Berean 1 This game was the best game Carter has played so far this season. Carter's offense has been DOMINATE all two halves. I can't really remember a time when Carter didn't have the ball because the possession was great. They probably had what...at LEAST 70% of possession with the ball. On top of that, 3 different people from the Carter team scored against Berean who lost 1-0 to Alcoa. It's great to see people other than Mark score the goals(not that I don't want Mark to score). When Berean was on the attack, the midfielders did great in playing defense. They were all over the place. The only critism is the stab by the fullback that led to the Berean goal. Other than that...great game for Carter.

What does everyone think about the match-up between Carter and Berean tommorrow? Predictions? Thoughts? My prediction is Carter 5-2 for Carter/Berean.
