yeah there will be just as many wide open layups tomorrow too. gc gets those off their pressure and turnovers they create. i'm sure u dont know this but heather butler is also an outstanding cross country runner like top 5 in the whole state... in the fourth when everyone is sucking wind she'll be runnin up and down the court like its the first quarter. lets go bacon!!!

I've got gc winning this one but i think it'll be very close... the lady p's have a real monkey on their back with them always gettin killed in the first round by the future state champs and i dont think they'll play up to their potential because of the nerves... ha if i was a bolivar fan i'd be lookin forward to the championship game with gc's luck of draws...

lol the thing about her that is just so ridiculous is if she catches with any space at all within 5 feet of the line she lets it fly and it just seems to always go in... i'd love to see what her 3 point percentage was over the last month... have to be over 60% i'd say... an if u try an stop the three she goes by an knocks down the free throw line pull up... it'll be interesting to see how her and the rest of the lady p's react when they come up against a formittable defense at the state tournament... cause last year they could do nothing with marshall... butler included... i think her shot was blocked like four or five times that game...

it cant be on saturday because girls sub state games are being played saturday... if booker t girls had won region they would of had a home game on that night.. has to be monday

well considering gc beat milan the game before that i'd have to say ur wrong there. gc was a better team than milan last year. the only reason milan went further at state was because of the easier side of the bracket they were put in. gc was good enough to get to the ship last year i think just not to win it...

gah i cant imagine how loud that gym had to of been in that last minute or so. hate i missed that one :/

lol i wasnt there so someone plz give me their best interpretation of how the game went... big time players, plays, etc...

everything is happening just right for the lady pioneers this year! two of the main threats will be gone and hopefully for the first time in like 4 state tournament appearances, gc will NOT have to play the future state champs in the first stinkin round! gosh if they could of have milan's bracket from last year... Butler is still rainin three balls! girl has some serious range too... playin unconcious like that will make it tough on teams to beat ya! poor btw lol...

shoot... 90% of dc's close wins i attribute to cj's leadership... without him this year they would of lost several games i believe... true essense of a point guard!

lol yeah i cant vouch for the others but i know for a fact he wasn't recruited... hudson went to dc because his brother disliked gc so much and they obviously wanted to put him in a winnin program. plus he was friends with a bunch of dc people anyways

prather had the ball with like 5 seconds left. down by two. triple teamed went baseline and went up with a couple dc guys in his face. ball hit the side of the backboard and game over. possible contact on the shot but i cant really say it was a for sure foul. could of went either way on the call

3 fouls in one quarter... the first one. u see what he can do in the fourth quarter... just imagine if he could have been in in the 2nd and the whole third quarter... lol he dunked and made it look like barely jumped to get up there. and yeah dc did do a good job defending him... only a fool for a coach would let him catch the ball and get good looks. dc did the right thing to win.

congrats to dc on a big win! i think the story of the game would have to be the defensive effort done on prather... three fouls in the first quarter equals a choctaw victory lol... dc took charges ALL night. cj missed two free throws to ice the game.... hope that doesnt hurt dc down the road! it was unexpectedly the freshman, hudson, who was the player of the game! and the shocker of his 21 points was that i think he only hit like one or two threes lol... i wonder if the michigan scout at the game noticed that /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />

lol with a year of experience under their belt being at state for the second time... i'm really hopin gc wont have as many jitters this year. and if butler can get comfortable and find the range... lol just be sure to pack ur umbrella! i make this prediction now. if gc wins it's first round game at state. then they'll win the whole thing
