im just wonderin who yall think has the best D in the region. i think it could possibly be blackman because their offense ALWAYS seems to put them in a bad position and they fight their way out somehow. all i can say is that this team has a defense that plays HARD from whistle to whistle every play no matter what the score is. but im just wondering what yall think?

i dont know whats going on but somethings got to change. i am with PBD and armstrong on this one. blackmans got the talent to do really well on offense. its just not playing people in the right position and not running the right plays/formations. but beleive me guys. blackmans got the talent, just not the coaching

ok since they are not the same as week 1 2 or 3 how bout week 5. i play for blackman. and no disrespect for anyone at smyrna cause they beat us and a win is a win and i have the upmost respect for coach williams. he is a GREAT coach. but i just dont see smyrna comming close to beating gallitan. when we scrimmaged gallitan they had a good offense especially in the redzone when they lined up in a smokestack. i dont know i could be completly wrong but i just dont see smyrna comming close.

i've played against both teams and gallitan is way better my prediction is Gallitan- 31 Smyrna- 7

well... blackman took the timeout because they only had ten men on the field. and i totally agree with you that they should have just took a delay of game and took the five yards. if they had not taken that timeout then when riverdale took a knee with thirty somethin seconds left then blackman would have had a timeout they could take and they would have gotten the ball back

i totally agree with you that your not going to kiss but just so your son will play. and yes i agree that your son has a CANNON for an arm. but the best man for the position is not always the one who throws better . the best man for the position is the one who your offense and your whole team at that matter will TRUST. and i dont think that crocker has EARNED the trust of everybody yet. he tries to be an INDIVIDUAL instead of a TEAM player. i dont know what went on at lavergne but he has to learn that everything doesnt revolve around him here at blackman he has to learn to be a TEAM player here and learn to be in the blackman FAMILY.

i know that you always defend the blackman coaches. but i was just wondering if they do anything that you dis-agree with? it just seems to me that if a quarterback transfered to your school that threw for 300 yards against yall last year and led the region through the first four games and has a CANNON for an arm that you would let him do what he does best and that is THROW THE BALL and not run the ball so much. it just dont make sense to me that blackman had it 2nd and 15 and ran an option to the left and didnt get NO YARDS and on 3rd and fifteen the VERY NEXT PLAY RUNS THE SAME PLAY and does not get NOTHING. that just doesnt make ANY sense to me at ALL. maybe the reason that blackmans offense didnt do so hot is that the coaches are calling plays based upon what they want the players strenghts to be and not what the players strenghts are. i dont know thats just what i think i was just wondering if you have any disagreement in that at all?

what does blackmans offense have to do score. they couldnt get nothing started friday night against lavergne. it seems like every time they got some yards is when they were in the two tights set. do yall think they should run that more? what would yall do?

This is how it will go. Blackman is leaving their school at 7 in the morning i believe. it will be an ALL DAY thing. not sure of the order but they are doing special teams scrimmage. 7 on 7 i beilieve as well. and 1 on 1. and then later on in the afternoon they will have a full scrimmage. yepp thats right people ITS FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE!!!!!

is this region to tough? do you think that the teams that come in 5th and 6th in this region could come in 1st in other regions? i mean yea, the competition in this region is by far the best and anybody could beat anybody at any time in this region. but is it really fair to the kids to know that they are good enough to make the playoffs and maybe even go deep into the playoffs but they dont even get a chance. so what do yall think could be done, if anything?

has anybody downed smyrna on this thread...NO... and i havent seen anybody downing smyrna... as a matter of fact i have smyrna picked to win the region and most of everybody elses predictions i have seen on here have smyrna in the top 2 or 3...so before you get on this thread saying everbody is downing smyrna make sure that people are accually downing them...and as for your other post on the region 4-5a thread. i dont believe he was downing smyrna in ANY way... he was simply makeing a PREDICTION. what that thread is for...OK so he has smyrnas defense ranked 5th so does that mean they are accually going to be 5th...NO... it is a PREDICTION!!!!!

i dont know who your are or where your from but i do know one thing... if you come on here talking like that you dang sure arent going to get a good rep... and how do you know that blackman isnt going to get first? did you go to all their spring practices or did you go whatch them scrimmage? or are you just that good of a physic

Are you telling us that gas being 3.85 to 3.90 a gallon isnt a problem... even worse high school football is a year around sport and kids that get jobs cant work hardly any hours and on top of that they get paid maybe 7.00 dollars an hour and then some of them have to pay insurance on their car which is at least 80.00 dollars a month i think that is the problem... were did you play football at?
