The Jamboree is a waste of time. I'm sure South likes it due to the revenue it brings in but, I would rather our boys have a good practice.

I'm with you on the teams will come in totaly different from last year but I think DB will have to beat the Admirals in the air. We have the weapon to do either or if we have a good penalty free game. I hope they show a great mix in the offense. This will be a hyped game, no matter what. Let's get it started

What school has the most wins in the State? What? What? I can't hear you. We must be something real big for you to hate on a high school team the way you are or maybe your just really envious. Your one and done deal has been dead along time ago. I know thats all you have but, could you please try and come up with something new and true. You are right Batman, it was an interception. I saw it plain as day and for some reason I said fumble. I was tired, I'll blame it on that.

Have to mention, conrats to 5 of our DB player for making it in the FNF Magazine. Offense: Chris Sensabough, Corey Hall and Tye Hayworth. Defense: Sean Seabolt and Derik Steele You guys should be very proud of this.

What I saw: First posession Devils. 8 drives Score Indians first possession, around a 68 yard run from CS. Seabolt takes it in on second drive. DB holds Devils drive. DB scores again. 14-7. DB holds drive again. Devils punter sacked. CS Drives for a TD. 21-7 DB. DB corner got beat on a 30+ yard pass. Got called for a boguss holding call. Devils drove it in. 21-14 DB. Devils block punt and take over on the 19 yard line. Face mask on DB linebacker. Devils drive it in,score, 21-21. Devils hold DB drive. Devils score get to 28 yrd line and drives it in. 28-21 Devils DB O line tears it up and Seabolt is in again. 28-28 Devils fumble and DB O lineman picks it up and runs to 8 yard line. DB scores 35-28 DB. DB holds Devils drive and the Devils hit a field goal. 35-31 DB FINAL. Hope it gives you an idea. I can't remember every detail though. It was a really good scrimmage. By playing and watching the film, both teams will walk away better.

Comp, Until JC (toppers) can trump KP (Indians) on the field, the ultimate victory still belongs to us . Stadium or no stadium, thats what ultimatley matters.

Im 90% sure Seabolt will be our QB. Also I think you will see this team work really well together. They have been together since Middle School and before. The same thing happened to this group in 7th grade that happened all over again last year. In 7th grade they were brought up on the 8th grade team to help them out. Their 8th grade year they won the district and regionals. I know that was along time ago but it seams history repeated its self last year.

Hey Guys, A powerfull line will make a average QB look awsome. My view I think a powerful line will make a average RB look awesome but as for a QB if he cant hit a target then I dont think the OL will be able to help him on that.

Comp, I feel really confident in our QB this year. He is a very smart and consistent player. I'm with Batman on our depth though. Not sure about it yet.

I got a question for you waco. How is an offensive line gonna stop a team when all we had was a one man show? They know who the ball is going to and were he is going? The other teams have studied the taped and figured out a brilliant fix to every play and that is, stack the box and there is noway he is comming through. The only way CS could have had a great year was if his OL was so dominate that NOBODY could stop them at any given moment. Maybe a line of Hulks. This is just not realistic. Dont get me wrong, its not CS fault either but nor is it the OL. I have heard the fans degrade the OL all last year and starting of this year and the truth this, when you only got 1 man to worry about, it's really not that hard to defend it when you know he is coming up the middle. On the same note the new offense will help because it will spread them out and give more options. We will have close to the same OL as last year . Some truth in what you say. But, I still gotta pack a lot of the blame on the offensive line. They were for the most part, small & weak and lacking in the fundementals. I think their lack of dedication was their biggest weakness. Our offensive line got pushed around by Volunteer and Central. Our quarterback had to run for his life also as did the other runningbacks (when they got to touch the ball). Swafford should have been brought up at half season and Steele never got the touches he should of. If our offensive line is "close" to the same this year we're in big trouble, spread or no spread. Anybody got word if the "Team" is working out now or is it just a handfull like the last couple years. I agree with you in the fundemental dept. that they did lack in some but I will have to disagree with you on the QB situation. Last years QB could not complete a pass and with in 2 seconds your play should be in action. I sit and counted 4-6 seconds plus and he still had the ball in hand. The line cant hold them out forever. I dont think the QB got sacked very many times at all but I do remember one hard one.The reason we ran CS so much is because the passes could not be completed and that knocked Steele out. RC should have been used more at TE because the QB would have had a better chance at completeing the short pass. One of the biggest things is the QB wanted to run the ball for the yardage. Also one more thing I agree with you on is team play and we did not have alot of that all over the field last year!

I'm just glad the whole offense won't be built around one athlete. We've always had several option in the past few years, we just never used them.

I really don't think anything will change except that South will be considered a City school. Their maybe some internal rule changes but nothing that will change the Schools foundation. The acedemics will be stiffer but as a parent, that sound be a plus. It only helps the student and their future. I think it will remain a High school because their is no were else to house the student body. If the ONLY change is that South is labeled a city school, then South will benifit greatly in my opinion.

Don't worry WaCo, someone from DB will go cry to eastman and you'll have a bigger scoreboard in no time. But I can see it know, instant reply of whoever this Swafford guy is fumbling the ball just short of the endzone on the video board...over and over and over and over... When you enter a thread you need to know what your talking about! Everyone from DB knew it would be a down year for them. And then when Farragut played DB, the Tribe gave them their credit that was due. Sometimes you can make yourself look real stupid, hint, hint!

FB the reason no DB fans said anything is because it's wouldnt have changed anything. Boone won and thats what the score board showed. The only reason I brought it up is because another poster said they wanted to make it clear to everyone that Boone beat DB without any doubt. What this picture showed is a bad call that went in Boone's favor. The score was so close, without a doubt it won the game for them. Maybe some other posters can give you their opinion of it since you can not get to it. Im sure if you created a facebook account you could access it.

If you ever find a link do tell me, but I didn't see it posted anywhere on here or talk about it anywhere else, so apparently that is a myspace or facebook thing. I think you have to be a facebook user to get in someone elses account. Congrats to the Blazers. They dominated the disrtict tourn. I never thought that Boone would upset the Hilltoppers but, The final game between DB and D-B, ended just how I figured it would. D-B's big boy left the team they had nobody to size up and hold Connell out. Goodluck to all teams in the Regional .

Tye Hayworth has it in his pictures on his facebook. You can try going to facebook and putting Tyler Andrew Paul Hayworth in the friends column to find him. Hit photos and in his pictures its under DB football last picture in the albumn. This is the only way I know you can see it. Hope it works for you!

Like I said before, I dont Know the origination of the photo. It was plastered all over the internet on facebook ect. I just copied it and saved it on my computer. I also said if anyone knows how to post pictures on here, I would gladly share the picture with everyone. The picture has no stamp on it to tell it's origination! Does anyone know how to put pictures on here?
