I agree the weather was not the deciding factor in the page game. Page coaches did an excellent job with their defensive game plan and our offensive line couldn't give our quarterback time to do anything.

I think if the defense hadn't stepped up we would have lost last week.

The Defense kept GC from being 3 - 2. All I've heard and read is how the D needs to do this or that. I may be a little biased and they do need improvement in certain areas but I think that they are pretty darn good.

Exactly-if the game where being held here it would be up for discussion also.

After last years two games I think page will be up for Giles, but our boys are looking forward to playing page friday night. All I know is it will be a good game.

I too would like to apologize for the boys, I know all the GC fans sitting around me didn't appreciate the boys running through Spring Hill's fans with those flags. We all thought it was TACKY! Hopefully someone will talk with them and it won't happen again. It's okay to have confidence in your team-I just knew GC would beat Cookeville. Spring Hill had me a little concerned in the first half. I also think we will be seeing them again in the playoffs and the running up the score will only serve to add fuel to Spring Hill's fire. They are a very good team and should be respected.

If our defense is as stingy with Springhill as they were with Lawrenceburg I don't see Springhill scoring 27 points either. The defense was really disappointed they let them score the 1 touchdown they got. This looks to be a really good game.

Giles County had 468 total yards-290 rushing & 178 passing Cookeville had 430 total yards-124 rushing & 306 passing

First high school game in the new stadium, the field rededication, plus the loss to Cookeville and the fact that it's Senior night, Giles should pull this one off in a big way.

Don't know much about Cookeville either but I'll have to go with the Bobcats.

As long as they continue to play as a TEAM they have a very good chance to go all the way. Each player has a job to do, it does not depend on only one player. This is a very determined bunch of young men and are very aware of how far they can go and are not going to look over anyone.
