I was thinking that myself. A better question is would he wont the job? He is a product of Jerry Pigue so you know he cant go without coaching football for too long. If he was offered the job im sure he could do some positive things at WC.

You never know what a young coach has got until you interview him.

Any idea when they will do the new field at Cumberland? We got a kid at Cane Ridge being recruited by them and it might be helpful if they were gonna do it soon.

Kevin thats why I think a municipal stadium would fit both schools and the community very well. Lebanon is getting a new school so why not help out and support the overall well being of the schools and communities which surround it with the money being put in to the new school. A school is only as good as the community which surrounds it.

Why doesnt Lebanon build a municipal field for the town kinda like white house but put field turf on it? Then all community sports and activities can play there and could raise money for both comunity and school programs. Just a thought

CU and is the QB coach there. I am not aware of any head coaching experience but that doesnt mean he is not the right man for the job. I have also heard that Crane is Alexander's right hand man and cumberland is looking to upgrade there stadium and could possible share Lebanon's new one. I have not talked to any Cumberland Coaches in the past 2 months so I do not know for certain the plan or if any of this is for certain. Who knows if any of this is true. Maybe,I'm just a young coach who cares just a little too much about Tennessee High School football and wants the best for all the coaches and schools who play this wonderful game, and YES tnhsfbfan85 I am at Cane Ridge and look forward to next season with them and continuing to help build that program with Abner, but also look forward to the the opportunity of becoming a HC at the high school and or college level which ever may come first. Its something I prepare for on a daily bases and take a lot of PRIDE in!

I heard Coach Troy Crane from Cumberland is who they want. Anyone else hear that?

I received a phone call last night about the job at Lebanon from a local. I have looked on TSSAA and other sites and have not found any job listings on lebanon wanting a new coach. Whats going on with that or do they already know who will step in?

Who cares about all this drama on this thread? Lets just get these coaches hired so they can start getting their stuff in order for next year. Im ready to hear names. If you havent been interviewed or do not teach at a school with some type of inside connection leave your comments to yourselves. Who has been interview and for which job?

lol i am doing a million things and post as quickly as possible so spell check is something that is often overlooked on CoachT. I a fixed my spelling next time I will email a English teacher to review my posts.
