middle is by far the most competitive baseball around and probably produces the best teams.

doorman i really apprecitate your interest in phs athletics i really do, but honestly we work harder than probably any team in our district. we start earlier than any program around here. we run and lift as soon as school starts and pick up the intensity week by week. our coaches do a fantastic job and everyone is starting to buy in. in 3 of 4 losses all games were within reach but one bad inning and lack of timely hitting have hurt us. we are not happy to compete but still knowing that u were right there in 3 games against teams that usually kill u does add confidence. we are not into moral victories but they have helped us know that if we can cut out that bad inning and minimize it and add a few hits then those losses will become victories.

yes it feels great to win. we played hard against hend. they are a really sound team but the guys next year will be in the same district. hend. 7 phs 2. district games against greenbrier tuesday and thursday. we need these two big wins in the district. go phs

yeah well im not sure where it starts i just got defensive there. but winning is important and having fun is the key. i know my baseball team has a blast and everyone gets along. there is alot of unity here. but we would love nothing for than to win a large number of games thats the point of sports. but if u were at the jo byrns game everyone had fun. im just behind all my guys at my school. they are my best friends and i hate that some people bash us because we work so hard and havent got the results we have wanted. i love phs and after i graduate im going to miss it. i just have alot of school pride and it hurts to see people question us, but thanks for the support and go panthers!

im a huge supporter of football. u saw me at every home game tailgating with all my buddies. i would go crazy at every football and basketball games. and i think coach bever is a great assistant but not the best head coach. i was actually praising our talent level. we won what like three or four consecutive middle school championships? im just saying i know we have talent. heck my great friends adam brown and dominique roe signed at lambuth and deservedly so. im excited about coach sanders coming in i just wish he could have been there earlier because i know we can win games with the talent we have.

i play baseball and golf at phs. and we can play both. i was a part of two district championship golf teams in my four years. and baseball is highly improved. did u come and watch last night? jo byrns beat up on us last year 9-2 and last night the panthers didnt have their bats going but pitching and defense was the key and they came out on top by shutting them out 5-0. they play hend. tonight. im a senior at phs by the way. nice guess tho! ha ha ha idiot.

or u could actually be a supporter of phs and not bash ur own school. no matter how the team plays the parents and great student sections show up to support. u can join the crowd or be one of the people that bashes their own school and nobody likes. ur choice.

thanks for opinion thats incredibly insane and uncalled for. danny thompson was a great coach, but the last couple years was burnt out. he has moved on and i have great respect for him. coach parker is turning this around. they got beat by white house both times but were competing. dont comment on something u have no idea about. ptwon is going through a transition. and half of this i have no idea what u are talking about. so just shut ur mouth, get some facts, and come watch the boys play.

we will see how strong la fans are. some are already jumping off the bandwagon. its ok u had a tough draw and lost to probably a top three team in the entire state.

as i said bolivar is too athletic and the game was a blowout. but la was just outmatched. thats the end of story. anyone w/o an unbiased opinion saw this coming. congrats to both teams. and great season for la this is probably a team that goes to the finals if they didnt have bolivar and fulton standing in their paths. good career for all la seniors and bolivar good luck.

someone sounds scared! all u do is get on here and rant and rave about how good la is and how ur the best. u jump on anybody who even thinks other wise. if la wins you will talk about how good la is. everybody knows la is good they got to back to back state tournaments. a great accomplishment. i like la but the fans are crazy. u can be a good fan w/o being obsessed. your obsessed. and u are terrified of bolivar's talent thats why u are so defensive about someone else not saying anything if bolivar wins. thats part of the game is trash talk. so accept it. if la wins ill congratulate because i like the team and the players. i even played golf with one of them this year, but some la fans are insane. such as yourselves. i like la better than bolivar for sure. but i dont think they get close in this one. just my opinion that im entitled to.

he threw some good stuff only allowing 3 hits with one being an infield single. phs made a costly error in the first. this game was pretty tight. difference being hitting. white house had some timely hitting. i thought phs pitched well. wh can hit tho. phs also got lucky in the fact that aussie did not hit well. i think you could say this game was about even with hitting being the big factor. game 2 today @330
