regular season district champion has auto bid to region. the next highest finisher in the tournament is the 2nd representative. scenario 1: goodpasture wins tournament so runner up of tournament moves on. scenario 2: goodpasture gets eliminated and does not win championship so the 2nd team to advance would have to win tournament. does that help?

i think beech blackman riverdale and mt. juliet have a great shot. bearden is my favorite tho 2 of 3 against farragut. i think they are a tournament type team. farragut seems weaker in tournament play. they get to state but dont win it this year.

this district looks very weak. the opposing regions #6 seed pounded #2 macon county this year in a scrimmage 11-4. it was not even close. upperman has a shot to be the #2 seed of district 8aa, but the rest of the district is very weak.

district 8AA has produced the last two state champions, Goodpasture. each team has an ace capable of taking them on to the next round. the district is down from years past, but this tournament will still be great. final standings 1. goodpasture 2. white house 3. station camp 4. dca 5. greenbrier 6. portland play in round: #6portland @ #3 sc #5 greenbrier @ #4 dca winner of ptown and sc game faces wh. winner of gbrier and dca games faces gpasture. goodpasture has automatic bid to regional. white house and dca have a shot to move on. portland will beat sc today.

farragut will not win state.

lebanon seems to be losing focus at the wrong time of year. maybe that they were ranked got to their head. their play is fading at the wrong time of year. their heads got too big. is that 7-5 in district now with riverdale still left to play i think? good luck to lebanon tho i like the guys on the team and i hope they get it turned around because this is their year with 9 seniors starting. good luck

5 as of last night but managed to get it in. we have four left now. we have missed two tournaments (8 games). last night was our first home game in a month.

has bearden beaten farragut 2 of 3 times this year?

the rain has been coming down all spring. i know my team has played 13 games and missed 12 its a shame to have missed all these game but thats the way it goes. how many rainouts has each team had?

ill take lebanon in this series. their hitting is solid all the way through. if they can hit blackman's pitchers they can hit anybody and their pitching was able to hold blackman down some. lebanon wins 8-2 and 7-5.

lebanon is a great hitting team. they started out kind of slow the other night against portland their starting pitcher kind of kept them off balanced, but they came alive. probably one of the best hitting teams around.

very impressive win for white house thats big. does anyone know the district standings? all i know is that goodpasture is now 7-1, sc is 6-2, ptown is 0-6, dont know about wh, green, and dca.

probably the top heaviest district in the state. with independence, overton, centiennel, ravenwood, and brentwood there is no given games. franklin very well could upset anybody at anytime by the way they have been talked about here. i think independence wins then overton, brentwood, centinnel as the top 4.
