another loss for the "best team" in the state. whats that 0-2?

this appears to be a loaded field of 16 teams. i look for some great games to happen. any thoughts or predictions? or will the rain hold off play

after hearing scores from everybody i think goodpasture is head and shoulders above the crowd.

beech is a really sound team. a sub state team last year that only lost two starters. wouldnt call them weak. also er is a pretty good team and macon was a region team a year ago that lost 3-4 starters. lets not hate on the panthers. i simply stated they lost to a beech team that is really good. the panther schedule is not an easy one. it could be one of the best in the state. games against beech, jp2, 2 games against hendersonville, lebanon, upperman, goodpasture twice, dca twice, white house twice, greenbrier and sc twice, and many more there are no gimme wins on the schedule. the panthers are much improved this year. they have their home opener vs. red boiling springs at 6 today.

beech 10 ptown 0. beech is a really strong team. tough opener for the panthers as they won their first three scrimmages, but beech is a really good team.

yeah they have alot of seniors with talent there. we can just agree to disagree on the fcs ranking i just think they are a really good single a club. good luck to all middle tennessee teams this year.

i left BA off my last list i would move them to dca's spot and move everybody else down. my others to watch in middle tenn would be centennial, beech, independence, upperman, and my sleeper would be lebanon

2007-state champs, 2008-state tournament ( i think 3rd place) and return almost everybody. how could they not be? just because they are single a. i forgot to mention brentwood academy i would put them where dca is and move everybody down.
