  1. The insinuations & accusations better stop now!!! Anyone who knows me & I do mean "knows" me, knows that I would not tear a kid down. Has anyone really thought this through? I do have a son that is vying for playing time at QB. He knows his place and I know his place. His time will come. It was tough enough making the decision to come over to Tullahoma and was really tough on my son. The last thing I am going to do is something that will make it tougher for him! And Cousy, I do know how hurtful these boards can be. There was a thread started last year when we made the move that was not too pleasant. However, the person that started thread has since apologized & we have moved on. The last thing I am going to say is: "BIGCATDADDY, SHUT YOUR DADGUMMED MOUTH!"

That's FUNNY! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> Seriously though, if the name is going to be changed, it should be Frank Mullins Stadium. Well, BTW.
  3. Everybody keep Derek Bowles in your thoughts & prayers. He may have suffered a concussion in the JV game last night against Smyrna. He was looked at by Coach Christie today but will be evaluated by his doctor.
  4. I was impressed with the first drive against Tullahoma and really thought we were in for dogfight. But FC got away from what made the first drive work. The passing game. You have got a very good running back in Martin but he only works when the passing game is on. Tullahoma keyed on him when FC quit throwing. Balance the offense and you will have no problem against Warren County.
  5. I can't get a feel for this one. I saw Tullahoma & Whites Creek play each other in the 7 on 7 passing tournament at MTSU this summer. I can't say that I was impressed with either team even though we lost. (Whites Creek played an 8 man defense.) Tullahoma seemed to be using the tournament to help improve their passing game by using multiple formations & routes. Whites Creek, however, seemed to be running the same play almost all the time. They have 2 receivers that are tall, fast, & very athletic. All they seemed to do was run seams routes and the quarterback would just chuck it deep for a jump ball. If we can get pressure on the quarterback, I believe we will come up with several picks. The center they used in the tournament has a very slow snap, so we should get off the ball very well. I hear that their line is very big. But if they are like their center, they will probably be slow. Their secondary showed athleticism & quickness and I don't know if they have a running game. I guess that's why I can't get a feel for this one. I think T-Town comes out on top, but not like last year's 28-0 shut-out. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  6. Does anyone know what time the tailgate party starts? /hungry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":hungry:" border="0" alt="hungry.gif" />
  7. You may be right. Radar shows the rain moving SSE.
  8. I just wonder how many people actually know that?
