I'm humble enough to admit that we have had coaching issues.Our staff consist of gentlemen who have taken alot of heat from the city and especially in our own community. Most of our staff are younger than 40. With that being said I see improvement from when this staff started to now. This staff has been together for 8 yrs and we are learning on the job. Trust a Gold ball is coming very soon. Once that happens, there going to keep coming. Respect The Haven!!!

Brighton 28 Millington 14 East @ MUS Finally East gets challenged by a team that will be sound defensively. Speed does kill tho. I think its a toss up but I'm gonna go with the Owls. Each week presents a different challenge when dealing with kids. The Mitchell Westwood game was a ridiculously long with passing every down and a bunch of penalties. I think Mitchell won like 34-12 or something like that. Mitchell continued to throw the ball until all the time was off the clock. Four hours later Fairley was victorious over Hamilton 22-6. Star running back Marcus Holliday was hurt seriously on his first carry as a senior. Prayers go out to him and his family. The Whitehaven game was called at halftime do to weather with the score 53-0. Respect the Haven!!!!

Man what a football game. Good luck to the SMYRNA BULLDOGS next week. Beat Maryville. Gonna try to make the game. The Haven learned we still got work to do to achieve our goal. Well be back next year. book it!!

Neely's BBQ as seen on the TV show is different than Jim Neely's Interstate. Jim Neely is the uncle of the other Neely's that have the place in Nashville. Neither will disappoint you tho. Very nice to be playing after thanksgiving.

Jim Neely's World Famous Interstate BBQ is North of the Third St. Exit off of interstate 55. Probably about 15 min from Whitehaven Stadium.
