Looks like Tigers might ought to leave out on Thursday to get to the game on time their so big and slow.

Well my take would be this...Whitwell is slow that is the first thing you see..second they have a big line, but to be so big they can not block good at all..Cole is a good quarterback and Trevor Holland a RB is there best athlete...Just not much overall talent though to be really competitive in a stacked region with us and jasper in my opinion i think whitwell wins this one and you dont get 300 total yards without blocking and speed. GO TIGERS

Heard it went pretty well, the offense only scored once, but they moved the ball up and down the field pretty much at will. Notre dame didn't get much yardage against the defense either is what I was told. Also, maybe the whitwell fans can explain, they were to scrimmage the tigers and they refused to scrimmage us.........isn't that a shocker?? Apparently you weren't there. The truth is Notre Dame played jasper evenly. Except for the one touchdown jasper had when second team was in. As for as the Tigers not playing yall, it was strickly the coaches decision. The time to play yall is October 16. The warriors might get more than they want after what i saw.

Whitwell scrimmaged Notre Dame today the tigers looked strong could be going in the right direction under Coach Tierney. Keep working Tigers i was impressed

listen these people down here have had it we want something new an ole possum an Sam are not the answer they have had their chances apparently they couldn't get it done. we want some new blood an give those kids something they deserve iv talked to at least 20 people not including players that say they want a new coach not a comeback. Whitwell needs someone that will lead them in a new direction an get those boys motivated. they have enough talent to be used down there for something other than a losing season or just another crap coach.

Larry Holland is still around. You can see him standing on the fence every Friday night watching his son #24 play for Whitwell. As for as the game goes, Whitwell is not that far away. They need to start believing in themselves. It may be closer than you think Friday. Whitwell 21 Jasper 17!!!
