nunu you give Buckhorn too much credit. Independence went to their tournament last year and smacked them around, then went to the Huntsville Invitational with them earlier this year and I don't think they placed top 5. As for the Feurbacher match I give it to Feurbacher, but what do I know they may suprise me and win the whole thing.

Im not sure who Dearing is, but I know he did not qualify for state and Little was the region champ. So i will go with Little here.

Try looking in the Spring Hill area, there may be a few hotels and thats just about a 15 minute drive. But besides that the next town is Columbia and it is somewhat of a drive but it could be managaed.

Brunner dec over Akers Johnson dec. over Herron (I think Herron is a step behind Hooker and Hayes and thus a step behind Johnson) Johnson dec. over Cox (the smaller Johnson beat Cox at the Indy tournament last year 7-4) Wesley vs. Proctor (I don't necessarily disagree, but this one is a toss up) I think you have cox brothers mixed up Brennen wrestled 45 last year and Austin wrestled 35 so he might have beaten austin, but nor brennen.

Tambellini over Talley? Bennet at 119!?!? Heithcock over Woods and Gamble!!!!???!?!?!?!? Newberg over Aguilar? If you look at the brackets you will see that some of those matches will never take place. BUT some will and this is just my opinion.

Alright boys and girls i just got back from the ag on state finals day and i have to say the matches were awesome!!!! D1 AAA Coming into this match i would have never expected the final score. A bunch of things went right for the raiders and they had a great shot at dethroning the bears but fell short 33-28. It came down to the last 2 matches and the bears pulled out a victory at 171 to seal the deal. Congrats to the bears for the title and thanks to cleveland for making it a show. 3rd- The Hill over Collierville D1 A/AA Good match, after 8 matches the score was 24 24 with 8 pins! East Lit did all they could to fight off the defending state champ wildcats but fell short. D2 Outstanding final! Christian Bros. did good to not give up big points early and i though that would give them the win but a few upsets for ryan gave them the title as they beat the bros by 4! This dual came down to the last match where Will Mix squeezed out a 3-2 win to give the Irish a state title. 3rd Baylor over Mccallie D2 Invite Once again St George impresed me with a 52 26 win in the finals. JP2 looked tough in the begining but the gryphons pulled it out in the end. Congrats to them. Good job to all the teams in Franklin today

Just got home from some great rasslin over at the ag center, and i have to say the place impressed me even more than i thought it would. It was warm and had plenty of room, i did not hear one complaint. D1 AAA Bradley over ravenwood in the quarters by dominating fashion. Dont know the final but ravenwood won 1 match (152-Freeman over Aguilars backup) Science Hill over Mt. juliet in quarters (The Hill looks VERY tough this year but i dont think they can overcome bradley in the morning) Cleveland over franklin (This match was also a big win, Cleveland built up a very nice lead and put Franklin out of it early) Collierville over clarksville (Didnt watch this one very much) D1 A/AA Hixson beat chatt central in semisEast li. over Montgomery Central Mont. central over East Lit. D2 These were 2 great semi finals! Christian brothers clinched with the win at 171 and forfeited the last 2 matches against Baylor in the semis Father Ryan got a pin at 89 by wesly to lock up the dual and forfeit 215 Both the D2 duals were 1 point matches *also is this the first time Baylor or Mccallie has not been in the finals? D2 A/AA The only thing i have to say about this was, did anyone watch St. george wrestle they beat Ensworth 60 somethin to 12 and they beat FRA in the semis 60 somethin to 12. All they do is headthrows BUT they are great at them! They are definatly my new favorite team to watch! Well hope you enjoyed these tidbits from day 1
