Your comment was that you did not hear about the east TN teams 15 years ago. Just providing a bit of history. The east TN teams were around prior to the past 15 years. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Did a little research. East TN. teams with multiple football championships. Maryville 11, Alcoa 9, Oak Ridge 7, Dobyns Bennett 6, Marion 4, South Pitt 4, Austin East 3, Cleveland 3, Knox High 3. May not have heard about them 15 years ago, but pretty good tradition for many years.
