Yes it is healthy. But what everyone doesn't understand is the extent of his control and quite how controlling he is. People he is a ONE MAN STAFF. believe what you want but it is the truth. It is beyond belief. I have never and likely will ever see a coach that quite as much a one man show for lack of a better description. He has no trust in his fellow staff members and feels noone is as experienced as he is due to his time at Farragut which turned him into a football god/genius.

For those out there who do believe the truth is stiles left because of partin, health was an easy out as a reason but not the real one and he's not the only coach who is having problems dealing with his control mentality. And considered leaving. You can take that to the bank.

Your right I'm dead wrong bout coach stiles I guess I shouldn't talk bout people I have never known lol. There are some good coaches on the staff but do you realize two of them have never even played football ever!!

Nope my sources are dead on. That's bs I kno exact reason he left and it was because partin is a control freak. He has hired coaches wh absolutely no experience. He did that because he does not trust his coaches and coaches wh no experience can be told exactly what to do and not question anything because they don't know any better. A good head coach surrounds hisself with great coaches who all discuss things, agree, then they go do there job. That's not how partin works. His system closely resembles Fidel castros. And without a diversity in the opinion in the staff meetings and only partins ideas go they WILL FAIL.

No ax to grind just speaking the truth. And to be honest what an accomplishment, you beat a 3-8 stone team. If you have not realized cumberland co is one of the worst tteams in the state and were not far behind because most of our wins come from beating you. Any new coach will bring new and former players back out that is just the nature of the excitement of a new coach. Coach stiles is who I heard quit. Apparently he couldn't work with partin and from what I hear he isn't the only one. He will be gone soon because of his overbearing controlling attitude. Coach shultz was a much better coach jus had more difficult setbacks. His oc was horrible and had he had another year there was another one being hired.

I agree wh the problems of not having a good middle school program but besides the usual problems they have I believe wh the head coaches mentality they won't truely be successful. He's a control freak who doesn't trust his own coaches. He's narrow minded and as I've said before stuck on Farragut. He's had one coach quit and wouldn't surprise me if more did and the result is he's brought in some inexperienced coaches who are much easier to control. This program is a joke. I feel bad for the kids in it working hard every day to succeed but won't.

What do you all think of the program? Including where it was comparing it to where it is and hc russ partin?

I can't say I kno much about the other teams in the conference but here are my predictions... 1. Everyone but Cumberland co. 2. Cumberland co. I don't believe they can overcome their past, that losing shadow is always behind them. Reports are one of their coaches retired due to issues wh the head coach. The staff is good but the hc seems to be the problem. He is a control freak so it doesn't really matter how good the rest of the staff is because noone else can coach due to the hc controlling style. It's pitiful how bad it is. Last year was his first losing season and he's coming to a rude awakening. He might be a good asst. But hc is not for him. He still thinks he's in farragut. IMO he needs to bend over and pull that Farragut star out his rear end.

Nice for you to take the time and call me out by name... it's ok... I'm famous anyways. With that said, I think it would be fair to ask you your name and your involvement with the CCHS program. Also, I want to know why you obviously never stepped up and attended any of my programs, workouts, clinics, or other things I was assisting other members of your team while I was in the area? For me not to have a "dog in the fight" is way off.... other than being an alumni, a former athlete in 3 team sports at CCHS, a former teacher/coach/trainer, and having wasted a little over a year and a handful of weeks dealing with the school board, athletic director, various coaches, and having my name brought up in the local paper via stories and letters to the editor about my positive envolvement..... I think that would qualify for some type of "dog in the fight". Besides I owe any response or future involvement to the current athletes I have trained at CCHS and for the parents, coaches, and athletes who did support me and my programs.... not any naysayers, people who stated that athletic performance training was "useless and overrated", and especially anyone who thinks the things I did was not in the best interests for their own kids, teammates, and teams at CCHS. I await your reply sir ("CCHS21")... by the way, there is a speed clinic in Jefferson City on March 14th. Please see that post on this message board. Would be an invaluable resource for you and your teammates for the upcoming season. CCHS21 you got burnt man!!!
