I agree with you, I think they have a pretty big class of freshman that will come in and what is going to happen to all these girls? How many? Does anyone know?

I agree, all she does is dribble, no passing and not a team player. LC has a guard that if given the chance that Powers has, this young lady will be a very good player.

She has talent but the fact remains, alot of upcoming Sophmores are just as talented and will need to see the court for LC to have any chance of winning.

The talent is in the upcoming Sophmore class but Lee will once again play his favorites (one upcoming 8th grader) who isn't much of a player. Look for very few wins.

Lenoir City will not win any games. It has nothing to do with talent at that school because they do have girls that can play ball. This is going to be really sad for those girls who work hard, make good grades and are really good girls to be laughed at by everyone. So So SAD!!!

If they would win then you wouldn`t have to worry about playing underclassman. After awhile these coaches seem to kill all of the teams spirit etc........

They do have talent on there team, to bad it will be all wasted! Those freshmen that came from North were a good group but they will only get worse as time passes with the coaches they have at LC. How long has LC`s head coach been there? What is his record? Who are the other coaches on the bench with him? Sorry girls you should have went to Loudon or Kingston!!!

LC panthers won there first game last night against a very weak team. LC looks as though they have never played together and they seem as though they don`t get along with each other!! WHAT`S UP?

I don`t see them being fine. Are you saying its the freshmen this year that is going to make them a better team for next year? I agree with you that there are some good players on that bench so why not play them now? Doesn`t LC want to win?

Why does LC get rid of all the good coaches but keep the ones that are BAD? (Williams & White) Don`t understand, does LC want to lose games? Why keep coaches around when they are not winning and building these girls? The only smart move LC has done is getting Coach Wells. LC will continue to go down the tubes as long as there is not a change. I try to keep up with local teams and thought LC played ok and gave a great effort but you were right when you mentioned White County was weak. Let me ask this, one guard played well the other night but the other girl struggled (Freshman I believe #4) but the coach still played her. I have seen one girl that never saw any action play at Karns during the fall aau and was wondering if anyone knew who she was. Smaller girl but a very good player.

I agree, White County was as strong as most thought. I keep up with local teams and thought this matchup would be good and it was but several girls I have seen play AAU with some very good teams never seen any action. Are these girls younger because I know one is a very good player. Is it because they might be younger?? Thoughts??

Problem is, Lee is playing a few girls that aren't ready. Powers did hold her own the other night but the other guard struggled all night and I'm not quite sure why he is playing her. Bottom line is, she's not very good and is only playing because her parents want her to.

Didn`t they all come from the great team at North everyone talked about last year? We thought they were going to be a great class. Powers was the only descent player of those 5. If those other players came from North they must of not played any good teams!

Powers is a great shooter, but that is all he does (sits and waits for the ball to come his way)!!
