I did not know about the Baylor kid. That is a good pick up. foose that sounds right to me. I believe that would make him ineligible. However I also heard cleveland was getting in some transfers that might not be eligible either.

i heard science hill picked up a new 9th grader than can make an impact immediately. i don't know any names from father ryan and blackman just heard they had someone new on campus. no way cleveland 113 leaves. no one leaves cleveland. i heard they actually picked up a new kid also.

i wish i knew what you were talking about but i was talking about that i heard there was someone new on campus at father ryan, blackman got a solid transfer, and that science hill picked up a new young one.

who cares who is making moves in college. i hear there are many making moves in our own state of tn. transfers are always an interesting topic this time of year. who are they and where are they going??

im sure those running it now will be voted again. it is a thankless job that nobody wants.

mhhjnh did not remember that about franklin in 1989 but a good fact to know. thanks. i have not questioned how good of a coach he is nor will i ever. he does a great job and deserves his recognitoin. ibleedpurpleandgold they get the money from all the concessions and some of the gate money and all that. those are the extra ammenities they deserve for running the tournament and their hard work. but things that affect wrestling matches such as putting them in the bleachers where all the clarksville fans already have the seats is not right. crowds affect matches. but this is the last post about this im tired of arguring about it. i never even said i think it's a huge deal i am just saying i see where the coaches from the newspaper article have a point.

oh i thought oatmeal was refering to the crow they were eating after all the mouthing off about being so good and then taking a beat down from Bradley and Clarksville.

i understand what your saying about the refs being biased i just dont see it and i have been around the sport a long time. all the way from elementary school wrestling to college wrestling and even further watching this sport. maybe your right i just don't see it. as for your statements about deserving preferential treatment i think you need to think this one over again. in no way does moving mats and getting the tournament ready earn you the right to have any extra ammenities than sleeping in your own bed and wrestling at home. that is the most ludacris thing i have ever heard and i highly doubt you will get many if any other people not from clarksville to agree with that. anyone else want to chime in about deserving extra ammentities for being the home team at the state duals??

nor did i say you said they wouldn't be the best three teams in the state. i didn't say they would be for sure either, i just said if i had to put money on it i know which side i would be betting for. you are very correct about several coaches "whining" about the situation in clarksville. which i neither agree or disagree with but i can see evidence of their argument. i saw clarksville wrestle on the same purple mat in front of their fans every match they were in the big gym. i also heard they were sitting in seats with cushions in the third place match while everyone else sat in chairs with none. thats kinda funny. i dont think it's that big of a deal and i could care less. These are just what those coaches were stating. now as for coach jordan. he has done an awesome job with that team and they have been successful for the past 10 years or so. but to call refs from a certain area to be "home calling" is funny when he is basically in charge of the whole tournament and has preferential seating and always in front of his crowd. im not saying the refs from chattanooga are great im just saying they are def not any worse than anywhere else.

shootfirst don't get discouraged. dont' kick them out of the state just cause you can't beat them. now what kinda of attitude is that. somebody from outside of chattanooga usually wins the duals every 5-7 years or so. ibleedpurpleandgold that statement about the third best team in the state not going to the duals next year could be totally false. but if i was a betting man i know where i would put my money. and it is rather funny to hear a fan from clarksville (correct me if im wrong) to tell people to stop whining when your head coach told the paper that the referees were screwing his team and that's why they couldn't beat cleveland. and he is so tired of getting bad calls from the chattanooga refs. haha. the refs you guys had in the match were from nashville and knoxville.

i am from cleveland and a walker valley fan. and that is a much better statement. the raiders took it on the chin and no one from there school will deny that. but what about this one. which is better actually being the second place team in the state or running your mouth claiming to be even though you can't place in the top four.

TNKO quit whining and complaining so much. The best team that day will win. Who cares about fighting for second and third place. Besides the fact that you could argue it several different ways. Independence and Blackman have finished behind some of these teams at tournaments this year and beaten some of the others. Either way there are no where near a for sure Number 1,2,3 or 4 so just let them wrestle. Since your so high on these coach's polls for the rankings, maybe we should take the two indivual sets of rankings who are done by coaches and use them for the individual state. WHAT A JOKE! Those rankings don't mean anything.
