Yes, he is back playing now, he played in a scrimmage last week against Liberty and his injury was nothing major. He attended several camps this summer after boot was removed!

looking forward to watching Stephon Shivers play his sophomore season started as a freshman & has improved over the summer attending several camps! Currently, he has three (3) major D-1 offers from Arkansas, Kentucky & Michigan. Also, visited Vanderbilt, Tennessee & Ole Miss so hope he will continue to improve & stay focus!

Losing Hunt & the 6’5 center, who moved to Crockett county, hurt the Vikings but that’s how it goes. Humboldt went from having a shot to no chance at all but it is basketball & anything can happen on any night!

If, LC wins they want need the assistance of officials nor will Humboldt, the best team will win and officials should be the best for playoffs. Lake county won 42-0 first game with Humboldt having seven (7) turnovers & missing seven (7) starters with three (3) from offensive line due to COVID & funeral. So, the Vikings lost & made no excuses & if we lose by 42 Friday there will be no excuses so I can’t wait for Friday night! Hope it’s an injury free game & good weather!!

Yes we are. Also, just so that everybody knows, that Humboldt had three (3) starting offense lineman’s out due to COVID that game, one was the center that’s why the ball kept getting hiked over the QB head or on the ground.

Knoxville Austin East won AA in 1986, We (Humboldt) lost to Memphis Tresvant (Xavier Crawford who was # 1 recruit in nation) in 2nd round but held him to his lowest rushing total of 55 yards.
