Great win Lionettes! An overall well played game by CC besides the amount of turnovers. 24 for the Cyclones is a great player and was the only reason they kept it close. I'm not complaining about the ref's, there were "no calls" that went both way and that's gonna happen. Good Luck to CC today against McMinn Central!

Either team could win this game in my opinion, but i'm gonna go with Cannon. Being 20 minutes from the Boro they'll have more of a crowd and they're very supportive. Look for a lot of maroon and gold in the gym. I know Cannon has 7 losses but 5 were to 5th and 9th ranked Upperman and Livingston who are very competitive good teams. The other two losses were to ranked teams and both by two points. If Cannon can play there game, hit there shots and stay composed I see no reason why they won't be playing McMinn Central in the next round.

i believe this will be a very good game, if cannon's defense plays like they did against livingston and the second half of york and there offense starts clicking they will come out with a win and be 5-3 cannon wins 27-14

this game will be closer then people think expect cannon's Defense to have a good game and make some big plays

livingston BARELY beat a horrible white co. team on sparta's homecoming LIONS by 7 but it will be a good game, GO LIONS!!

many times i saw a Cannon players either try to pick up a york player or fix there jersey or even just tell them good play and York was rude about everything. the receivers also stepped it up when we needed a big play. 3 great passing touchdowns

it was a very good game, york does not show good sportsmanship. definitely a scrappy game but Cannons defense stepped it up in the second half and really turned the game around.

i agree with ya'll completely cannon county basketball is going in the right direction, great sophomores with some talent and woodin will be back, i haven't heard much about the upcoming freshman though i believe this team has potential to do great things! GO LIONS i just wish they had a bigger gym to hold all them cannon crazies!

there was no way it was a two and even if it was he was fouled so he just have got a foul shot so either way i see it as an unfair call against cannon sorry lions but keep up the hard work guys

tuesday night the tigers and lions played, it was a pretty good game the whole way through with cannon down by 2 with about 6 seconds left they get the ball to jared nave in the corner for a buzzer beating three, clearly a three so the game was over and everyone was celebrating then a ref from the other side of the floor comes in and says it was a two, they reverse the call so they have to go into overtime, cannon ends up loosing in over time by seven, heartbreaking loss on a last second controversial call i don't agree with sorry lions i guess it was just bad luck this time /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

great freshman?? there are only a few capable of playing on the varsity level, and its just a bunch of guards on the freshman team there's no height and that is what that team needs the most
