  1. I think you are right. that would make them the 2002 state champs. i couldnt remember if it was 1999 or 2002
  2. i felt like a needed an upset somewhere /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />
  3. i never thought about counting Maryville out. They are very talented and have tremendous upside and a bright future. this district is very deep and will be a very exciting tourney to watch!!
  4. Semi's Carter v Gibbs Alcoa v Seymour Final Carter v Alcoa Champions: Cater in a hotly contested one, should be a good tourney and a great final
  5. District 4AAA tourney seedings 1. Farragut 2. Bearden 3. Sevier County 4. Maryville 5. Lenoir City 6. South Doyle 7. Heritage/William Blount 8. Heritage/William Blount Sorry i don't know the 7 & 8 seeds.. btw i predicted SC may be a sleeper in this district. we'll see how the tourney goes to see if SC earned their seed /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  6. does anybody know the result of the Maryville v. Lenoir City game?
  7. i'm sorry, the 4 was a typo. this district will undoubtedly be the toughest district in the state. not just for soccer tho, this district is going to be tough in just about all sports
  8. Greeneville is actually the only team i mentioned that i'm not 100% sure about. i've heard from some that they will be in that district, and others that they would not, but i really dont think that district will be A/AA I'm pretty new to these boards but i'm going to assume u kno a little bit about CAK soccer BigG, do u kno wat district they will be in next year?
  9. the only districts i know for certain are.. Farragut Bearden Maryville West William Blount Heritage and 4 more teams.. and then.. Morristown East Morristown West Greeneville Sevier County Seymour Jefferson County (Cocke County and Cherokee are in the district but dont field a soccer team every year I probably didnt help much, srry /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  10. i think thats correct /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  11. Alright i've been thinking about the new district classifications for next year and what the competition is going to be like. Then i thought about the districts that will be torn apart. So i ask this question, which district has been the toughest, year in and year out? I personally think 4AAA is probably the toughest, sporting perrenial powers Bearden and Farragut. This is somewhat biased because I am not familiar with teams and districts outside of east tennessee /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> I think this will be an interesting thread and I hope everyone has fun w it. keep it clean!!

    4AAA

i know farragut has clinched the no. 1 spot in the tournament and i also know Bearden has lost once and tied twice. I read in the paper that it's possible for Bearden to finish as low as fifth /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> Can anyone post what the standings look like heading into the final week of the regular season?
  13. Sevier Co. 1 South Doyle 0
  14. Farragut in a close competitive one.
  15. Bearden 3 Sevier County 0
  16. yeah it's hard to take stock in scrimmages. lenoir city is traditionally pretty solid but they havent played up to the traditional lenoir city style of play this year, or at least until now..
  17. how did that scrimmage go?? who do ya play for
  18. /ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":o" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" /> /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> wow. I know that Lenoir city has not been playing great in the last couple of weeks. Is bearden supposed to be down this year? i'm not knocking LC at all but this is a total suprise, a pleasant suprise actually.
  19. Carter 3 Seymour 1 I think it's going to be a good game but i just don't think Seymour can halt Carter's offense.
  20. I was at the tournament last weekend. From what i saw, Sevier Ounty really put on a show in the mo east and seymour games, dominating most of the time. the Clinton game was a fluke. Sevier County had almost 40 shots to clinton's 3. I could see SC being a sleeper in their district. Don't really think it's going to happen, but anythings possible...
