  1. Here is the District 11 AAA Schedule.... Monday 10/18 7:00 - Centennial @ Brentwood Wednesday 10/20 @ Independence 5:00 - Franklin vs. CHS/BHS winner 7:00 - Ravenwood vs. Independence Hillsboro opted out of play, so #3 Indy, #2 Ravenwood, and #1 Franklin all have Bye's on Monday. Final will be Thursday, 7:00 @ Independence
  2. I am not sure of the brackets or if there are brackets, but our schedule for the tournament is as follows.... Friday 8/27 Ravenwood vs. Baylor - 7:00 pm @ Baylor Saturday 8/28 Ravenwood vs. Notre Dame - 10:00 am @ ND Ravenwood vs. GPS - 2:30 pm @ GPS
  3. District 11 AAA Semifinals - Centennial 1 - Franklin 1 (Centennial 4 - Franklin 2 in PKs) Brentwood 3 - Independence 1 in OT
  4. Lipscomb @ Ravenwood - Monday March 8th - (V only) 5:30. Hendersonville @ Ravenwood - Thursday March 11th - (JV) 5:00 and (V) 7:00.
  5. Father Ryan got us last night 1-0. It was 0-0 at half then they scored on a set piece late in the second half. It was a fairly even game with both teams having good scoring opportunities. Should be a good rematch on the 17th of April in the Hendersonville Tournament. The Lipscomb game got rescheduled for this upcoming Monday the 8th.
  6. Tonight Ravenwood will travel to Father Ryan - 7:00. Should be a good one, I cant wait to get the guys out on that turf, it is so sweet!

    Try outs

We got lucky yesterday and got into our local indoor facility here but today we will be forced outside. I agree with you, where is all this global warming.........I always hated that Pucksatwany Phil.

    Try outs

With all the snow we have had since last night we had to cancel tryouts today, how many others around the state had to do the same due to weather conditions? Gotta love this weather, I have a feeling we are in for a cold spring!
  9. Since everyone is looking for more to talk about on here, this is always a favorite topic..... As more schools are getting their own fields (we here at Ravenwood now have our own field and are in the process of doing a lot of things to make it top shelf - sound system, dugouts, etc...) who has the best facility to play at? I'll start it off by saying that the Greater Cleveland Soccer Complex where Cleveland High plays their games is an unreal facility. The field is huge, has a wonderful surface, they have international dugouts, they have an announcers booth at half line, and many other things. It is an awesome place to play.
  10. Well obviously something changed at half time. I wasn't there because we played Indepedence last night and I would love to hear from someone who was at the game as to what happened in the second half for Brentwood to take over like that. I will be honest I didn't see a blowout coming from either team in this game and I would certainly classify this as a blowout. I look forward to hearing what went on from Brentwood to open up a can like they did..........
  11. Well you guys were definately correct, Big Eds was the real deal. We had a great time this weekend and Big Eds put the icing on the cake, thanks for the heads up!
  12. I will have my girls dressed out in SARS masks so as not to catch it......the refs wont mind will they?! Thanks for the heads up and I look forward to this weekend!
  13. I heard that place was the best, I am definately going to try to get us in there, although on a Saturday night with 21 girls I am not sure how that will work, thanks for the heads up though!
  14. Well whoever it is, I certainly do appreciate the kind words. I enjoy my job and have a nice soccer tan all year round!
  15. Mom....was that you?! Either way, thanks!
