  1. Spring Hill won 5-0. They've swung the bats very well the past 2 games after getting swept by Marshall. Maybe that's what the Raiders needed?

    Best arms in AA?

No way he throws upper 80s. I'd say 82...TOPS
  3. Amazing.. They also go deep, not just 2 or 3 guys. SH is loaded with pitching. 5 or 6 guys that could be numbers 1 or 2 on other teams
  4. I know Spring Hill only lost 4 Seniors, and only 2 were everyday guys. Who will take Schubert's spot at 3rd and Scarritt's in LF?
  5. Spring Hill Marshall Co. Hickman Co. Giles Co. Page Lewis Co. Summitt Fairview East Hickman
  6. My son plays for Spring Hill and I am going to say that the 4 runs you all got off of him were by homeruns that on a "Big Boy" field were routine fly balls. Spring Hill did not have to hit one homerun to score 7 runs. Not that we can't hit the long ball though. We have one kid that has hit 14, two or three with 5 or 6, and on hit three in the sub state game alone. I don't think the line up is can even be mentioned in the weakest lineups.
  7. "Thug Ball"? Elaborate please
  8. How'd Marshall and Spring Hill turn out tonight?
  9. Don't jinx them! The state tourney is a long, hard road away.
  10. Spring Hill swept Giles on Wednesday 5-3. Teal pitched well. Abernathy seemed to be the only one that could hit him. Giles pitcher threw well also, but some errors followed by hits allowed Spring Hill to take the game.
  11. Huge series on Monday and Tuesday with Giles and Spring Hill going at it. who wins and why?
  12. Spring Hill swept East. 16-0 and 19-4... Petty threw a nO hitter the first game and was one error away from a perfect game (the catcher dropped an couldn't pick back up the ball on a strike three). Barksdale looked good, but had one shakey inning that gave up those 4 runs. Game ended how it should have though. Any other scores?
  13. How did Spring Hill look against Central? And do you know of any other teams scrimmages?
  14. I see Heath Petty (a Jr. PO from last year) be a starter in the outfield. SS will be taken over by SH's last year Sophomore 2nd baseman, Dathan Prewett. He is a D1 prospect definitely. I also think with the hitting that Luke Bigler put on as a Sophomore will allow him to jump on in the field with some of the older fielder's gone. I saw him playing 2nd this summer. Is that where he will be this season?

  16. Spring Hill was a MAJOR surprise with their student section!
  17. Any more from SH? I know they lost a lot last year, who do they have coming back?
  18. I've been hearing a lot of good things about the "Bigler Brothers" out of Spring Hill. I know somewhat of the older one, who is the younger one?
  19. dadtimesfive, the whole point of chanting is to get inside the other teams head, and obviously SH did that if they have parents talking about that on here.

    District 10 AA

Man you're a world class HATER! Everything that SH has done this year (including straight up smashing Webb, Page's "ACE") you refuse to at least say it's going to be a great game instead of "District Playoff Champs......Patriots!". You saw the real Raiders that night when the score was 14-4. And it wasn't one of those games that SH had one big inning. They scored at least one an inning. Just go ahead and admit you're jealous or an idiot. Also it hasn't seemed like Page has been trying to play this game v.s. MC, seems as if they are just fine with winning it due to weather, to bad they will only be number 2 =(. Face it, THEY'RE SCARED!

That is a great compliment to those young men, both SH and LC. SH just wasn't ready for LC or just simply looked passed them and got dug into a big hole early.

Well you've also got to think that Bigler started, which is an excellent defense player for SH, and Bigler isn't going to throw any bullpens because he is not an everyday pitcher. He mainly will only throw to give everyday pitcher a rest in non district games. Then Brochu, who has an outstanding arm in center field, comes in. Again not an everyday ptcher so why work on it if your not going to throw district games or plan on going to college for it. Branham, Cartwright, or Walton throwing= a whole different ball game.
