Well as most of you know around the area Harriman won the district as alot of people expected them to do. But Rockwood proved that they're a good ball team when they come to play as they upset Grace in the district semis. I went down to watch the championship game at Harriman and Rockwood is really playing ball good at the right time but Harriman pulled it out I think the score was 6-1. But it tickles me that 2 Roane County teams are once again in the region, good luck to them tigers and devils! Anybody know who Rockwood and Harriman play and the times for those games?

I just got word from a friend down in Midway they got to play but all other games were postponed.

Rockwood, Harriman, Midway, Grace, and Greenback are in this district. Who wins this district? I'm locked between Grace and Harriman because they split in the regular season, you have to watch for Harriman I believe cause its their home field but as you know anything can happen! But does anybody also know the exact games to be played and when they start?

Buddy the reason why you haven't been hearing good posts is because alot of them on here are People from their district that are jealous cause everytime they face Farragut they get smacked around, if he's so terrible thats why they're always a contender for state and have players going D1 all the time! I call that an excellent program with excellent athletes and talent and a darn good coach!

Tell me what are some big games around the state in the 1st round of the district tournaments?

If your trying to say east tennessee 1A schools play weak teams look at rockwood and harriman's non district i know none of your schedules compare to theirs.

Are they 1A?? If so Lookout Valley will more likely take it in 1A but anything is possible

Try making the playoffs consistently before you bash on Morgan Co. teams, oh and also Coalfield is where the "real" talent in morgan co. is at

If your trying to put Unaka in this talk then don't cause when they go to play sub-state against Harriman Grace or Coalfield they will lose! Those are the 3 teams that will duke it out for 2 spots in the sub-state and they both will win sub-state whoever the 2 of those 3 teams are.

not sure who pitched for Harriman but Grace threw some Infield kid and I heard Harriman couldn't hit the ball at all that game, not like them from what i've heard they've played like in their region.

Your exactly right! I like alot of high schools throughout the region and Harriman has guts with that schedule they play and CUcamels i think it would be hard to even find a 2A team who plays one non district schedule that tough. yes from what i heard from a guy that went to the game the infield kid from Grace threw a great game and Harriman couldn't hit the ball and Grace won 8-0.

your probably an opposing rival of the team and they play a very tough non district schedule, play that schedule and see how you do cause if your a kingston fan or player may i recall since this season its been a while since you beat harriman, i'm not taking up for either team cause i'm a fan of a different team but don't bash on a tough schedule.

Grace is an ok team lets not forget they didn't throw their ace against Harriman.

Harriman is the best hands down and I like the GCA to do a little stirring in the region tournament!
