Have watched the 1st game a couple of times on EPB On Demand..... We sure had a lot of kids step up in this ball game. Not just offensively with Hunter Moore QB managing the offense with a perfect 8 for 8 passing, Lojack with 5 TDs and 185 yds, Cody Knox with 2TDs, Tony Francios with a kickoff return TD...Austin Gatewood and Trey Herndon with big catches,.and an awesome line blocking. Big play defensively with sacks by Francisco Rodriques and Ryne McCoy, BIG hits by Harrison Warren, Trey Herndon, Feilder Dennis, Rodriquez and others. A real team effort, this is what a championship team looks like.

Heard a couple Owls got ejected from the Brainerd game, what's up with that. If so, I guess they will miss the E Ham game.

I know exactly where each school is located. The term 'long ride' is a metaphor meaning u will be disappointed all the way home. Just like 'dumb azz' doesn't refer to the intelligence of your butt.

If they were ejected from the game for unsportsman like conduct, TSSAA rules are they will have to sit out next weeks game.

Ur just a disgruntled Barn Owl, who is mad cause you live in the EH zone and chose to go to the wrong school. Eh has dusted your baseball team the past 2 years and fixing to tag your football team. Accept it. Running up the middle without a line backer or safety sounds like good coaching and smart football. That's what you donto win games. They also passed the ball downfield, for about equal number of yards. We are taking each game one at a time, and taking each of them serious. These boys have worked hard to get to the place they are, how bout cheering for them instead of dogging them all the time. I'll guarantee none of these players have a head as big as yours....

Thanks Troll, maybe now the boys can get some respect for all the hard work they have put in. It's been tough on these guys to hang together thru the development of this team. All along, we knew the talent was there, this is the first year they truly have that varsity team, with guys that have been in the program for 4 years. Again, I think they can go all the way this year.

After plucking the birds from Signal Mtn. the Canes are ready to show the Owls some bad weather. The Canes have worked hard and now deserve to win for a while. It will be a long ride home for the Owls next week.

Thanks Smeagle....I knew they had the talent, just needed to get it all together. Big plays tonite by Harrison Warren, Trey Herndon and Austin Gatewood. It was a complete team effort.

What a great game tonite. The Canes were outstanding. Hunter Moore QB goes 8 for 8 throws for 2 TD's ....Jackson goes 180 ids and 5 TD's....Offensive line was awesome. ....Francois runs back a 80 yd touchdown. 8 Touchdowns total. A defense that gave up nothing, stopped the "SEC" QB and the birds run game....several QB sacks.... East Hamilton puts Signal into mercy rule clock... I hope now this team that has worked so hard gets the attention it deserves. Go Canes, Good Job.

If anybody sees Ol Mtn Toad, I'm looking to invite him to dinner, he's got a lot of Crow to eat. I have been telling you guys that EH is tough this year. I am glad to see Price get out played, out coached and put where he needs to be. Let's see if he is man enough to complement a team better than his. Eh has the team this year to go deep in the playoffs.

Glad y'all are coming to Hurricane Hill next week. Come, tailgate enjoy the game, but it's gonna be a long ride home. Expect a good whoopin cause this years Canes team is talented. Just remember that these are the guys that some of your posters said they were glad stayed @ EH when the school split. I have warned you guys for the past couple years that this day was coming. We will pull for you in 5A, but from her on out the Canes will dominate the Hoot Owls.

Great, but expect bad weather on week 3 when the Hurricanes roll over the Pounders. It will give our younger boys a chance to get some playnig time in. We wish yall luck in building a team back.....we've been there.

If you guys get there early, you can probably find a place to tailgate together. We have several big lots. Just be considerate and bag ur trash and get it to a dumpster. Enjoy the pre-game meal, cause it's gonna be a long ride home. Maybe the rest of ur season will be better, but expect a butt whippin from the Hurricanes. It will be a good game, just not for y'all.
